I shopped around and decided that this was the place to get for new tires. Safety is my number one priority for my family. When I came into Central Tire , I was treated with respect and professionally. I explained my situation about getting four new tires and the price I was looking for. One thing I was happy to see was the wide variety of tires that they had. We came to an agreement on the price of the tire and within a short period of time the tires were installed. The price I paid was exceptional, compared to some of the other places. If you are looking for tires, I would definitely call Central Tire.

I explained that my day went long and he said he could move my appointment to 5:30, which is a half hour before closing. My long drive with traffic was going to make me even later than 5:30, called again, let them know, and they said if I made it by 6, they would get it handled. I get in front of the shop at 5:59pm like an entitled jerk. These dudes STILL honored the statement that they would do it if I pulled up by 6. They were incredibly understanding about my situation, and appeared (hopefully) to not be frustrated about my last minute arrival. And these dudes knocked it out in 20 minutes, 4 new tires, balanced and everything. I had shown up at 5:59, and was out by 6:30. Totally legendary crew working here, and will definitely keep bringing my vehicles here. 10/10 value and experience. Treat and talk to people with kindness and respect. It really goes a long way. Don't bother coming to this location if you're going to be rude or impatient.

Tiered drag link, tiered pitman arm, Alignment. Also Ball joints. And rear shocks. I was willing and wanted it fixed before I left the following Monday. Told them I was free Thursday morning or all day Friday. It was the first of the week. Tristen said he would get back to me. That was Monday morning Tuesday I called him because I haven't herded anything. He said he was waiting on the parts house to get back to him. Never heard another word from this shop. I hate Schwab but from now on I will trade with them when in that area. They have lossed my trust. I spend a lot of time over there. I know I will not recommend that shop. They said it would be quick since the tire was already off and cost would be $300. After a long hour, they were ready to check me out. They replaced both rear tires and charged me $600. Id been there nearly three hours, at the end of a long day. I didn't have the energy or documentation to appeal. Les Schwab scammed me. They beat me down, did not follow my instructions, did not have me sign anything indicating my instructions, so basically up charged me. I will not be going back to the 3rd street Les Schwab. For future work at other locations, I'll ask for a written work order printout. I feel scammed. Maybe cause I'm a woman? Are tire techs on commission?
