Very friendly staff and weren't condescending. Called in to see if they had the tires I was looking for or comparable. One set they had in stock and another for another car could be ordered and arrived early next week. Hot damn! Sign me up. I went to O'Reilly and had them run the diagnostic & was told that the thermostat needed to be replaced. I went back to Point S & was told they don't replace thermostats. No sorry, no recommendation on another place to go--I am from out of town, nothing. I called Midas, got a same day appointment & the work was done in no time. They were friendly, efficient & I would highly recommend them. I received a text from Point S a day later asking why I didn't show up for my appointment. Terrible customer service.

Finally get a guy over to check my tire. It's got a leak. Park it and check in inside. Here I am 90 minutes later (the lobby has 3 people including me) and my car is still parked in the lot. No timeline was given other than "We'll get right to it." Just asked about the status and of course the answer was "Oh, you're next!" That was 15 minutes ago. Do your online Shopping This shop sold me some New (2 years old) Petlas W651 Snow Masters which are low-end tires and at most about $58-78 a tire. He charged me $168 M/B each, I compared it to Americas/Costco and I could have saved over $200.00. I feel they are taking advantage. Please do your homework on line and at Americas Tire/Costco. The other guys prices are nearly double without any warranty and support. I do take responsibility for failing to complete due diligence and shopping around to ensure I was not paying hundreds of extra unnecessary dollars from a hole in the wall establishment. An employee came to the house, put the spare on and took the ruined tire and rim to Les Schwab South to put on a new tire. (We are a one car family, no way to drive car in for repair.) We brought car in after tire was replaced to have it mounted. Best news: replacement was done a NO COST under "Roadside Repair." Thank you Les Schwab, you now have a customer for life!

After 90minutes, was given options to replace the tire that wasn't fixable. I chose replacing only the damaged tire. These are new tires! They said it would be quick since the tire was already off and cost would be $300. After a long hour, they were ready to check me out. They replaced both rear tires and charged me $600. Id been there nearly three hours, at the end of a long day. I didn't have the energy or documentation to appeal. Les Schwab scammed me. They beat me down, did not follow my instructions, did not have me sign anything indicating my instructions, so basically up charged me. I will not be going back to the 3rd street Les Schwab. For future work at other locations, I'll ask for a written work order printout. I feel scammed. Maybe cause I'm a woman? Are tire techs on commission?
