After searching around the Internet for other local tire ships that had open appointment spots I stumbled onto Cereal Tire and I was really glad discount tire was full. Very friendly staff and weren't condescending. Called in to see if they had the tires I was looking for or comparable. One set they had in stock and another for another car could be ordered and arrived early next week. Hot damn! Sign me up. They had availability today to so I hoofed it on over and was out in about 90 min. Very good experience here. I'll be returning for sure. Thank you!

I went to O'Reilly and had them run the diagnostic & was told that the thermostat needed to be replaced. I went back to Point S & was told they don't replace thermostats. No sorry, no recommendation on another place to go--I am from out of town, nothing. I called Midas, got a same day appointment & the work was done in no time. They said it would be quick since the tire was already off and cost would be $300. After a long hour, they were ready to check me out. They replaced both rear tires and charged me $600. Id been there nearly three hours, at the end of a long day. I didn't have the energy or documentation to appeal. Les Schwab scammed me. They beat me down, did not follow my instructions, did not have me sign anything indicating my instructions, so basically up charged me. I will not be going back to the 3rd street Les Schwab. For future work at other locations, I'll ask for a written work order printout. I feel scammed. Maybe cause I'm a woman? Are tire techs on commission?
