Great experience! Dropped the car off in the evening, put the keys in the drop off box, tire was fixed 8:30 the next morning. Perfect.

My husband and I went into Circle K tonight after driving in late from Portland with 5 tired kids…read moreand no groceries. Circle K was open so we decided to go see what they had that could tide us over. When we got there I had forgotten my mask. So my husband went in to buy some disposable masks but after asking the store clerk, who double checked to make sure they were indeed out, he apologized and told us he had none left in stock. I eventually jimmied a mask out of my husbands undershirt and went in. He apologized to me for being out of masks and we went on our way shopping. I asked if they had any baskets, and although I'm sure he must have known they didn't supply baskets, he made the effort to quickly scan his surroundings for anything he could have offered me. He again apologized and we finished the rest of our shopping. When we went to check out there was a costumer in front of us and the clerk was just finishing bagging his items. The customer happened to be missing his right hand but clearly was adept to living without it. As the store clerk slid the bag towards him he warned that the bags were VERY delicate and to be careful while lifting. Unfortunately even with him being super gentle with the bag it tore slightly. The clerk quickly got him a new bag and transferred the items over and then lifted the bag and said "I can just take it out to the car with you?" The customer accepted his help and thanked him. The clerk comes back in and rings up our groceries and we joke about the bags again. He then again offered his help with the bags and we were happy to have it. It was just such a pleasant experience and one I don't see often. Not only did they have a great selection but I experienced and witnessed some of the best customer service I've seen in a LONG time. This kid (the store clerk) who was working at circle K at 11:30pm, wearing a thrasher sweatshirt was so genuine and his desire to help was so clear and sincere. I didn't get his name or pay attention to his name tag but I wanted to acknowledge him in some way, either to his boss or to him, how much I appreciated my experience there tonight and to say thank you. I regret not reading these reviews before taking my car in for a 30,000 mile check-up. The 30k mile…read morecheck-up service was going to be $800 which I was okay with. They called me to tell me that the car has two different areas in the engine that show signs that it is "seeping" and "may leak soon." It would be nearly $7k to fix these two "seeps." The car hardly has any miles and I've never had any trouble with this car. I had been looking at trading in this Toyota at Kendall for a new one, but forget that. I don't want to be tied to this service department. I know that they can't control what's wrong with a car, but $7k to fix two "seeps" is ludicrous. Update: The sales manager (Jason) called me and we talked about my concerns regarding their findings. He assured me that their technicians are ethical and well-trained. The "seeps" were found by their computer and that they always want to give you all of the info. "What you do with the info is up to you." As a result of his call (even though he's not on the service team), I bumped my review from one star to five stars. Admittedly I was frustrated yesterday and it's not their fault that my car has issues. It's just so stinking expensive to have auto mechanics look at your cars these days. My service manager Timothy was nice enough and they are efficient with the check-in and check-out process.

The car tracks beautifully and the tire wear is even so I declined that service. In the service is says they rotated the tires and checked the air pressure. The car calls for 36lbs all around. The other three tires all had 47lbs??
