Initially I had made a 4:30 pm appointment because I knew I'd be working out of town the day of my appointment. My job went long, I called Discount and talked to Ryan. I explained that my day went long and he said he could move my appointment to 5:30, which is a half hour before closing. My long drive with traffic was going to make me even later than 5:30, called again, let them know, and they said if I made it by 6, they would get it handled. I get in front of the shop at 5:59pm like an entitled jerk. These dudes STILL honored the statement that they would do it if I pulled up by 6. They were incredibly understanding about my situation, and appeared (hopefully) to not be frustrated about my last minute arrival. And these dudes knocked it out in 20 minutes, 4 new tires, balanced and everything. I had shown up at 5:59, and was out by 6:30. Totally legendary crew working here, and will definitely keep bringing my vehicles here. 10/10 value and experience. Treat and talk to people with kindness and respect. It really goes a long way. Don't bother coming to this location if you're going to be rude or impatient.

After that, they only told him about my alignment and then tried to keep him even longer and charge more for the shocks. This is not the first time Les Schwab has taken over three hours for tires, both of the ones in redmond. They're getting worse and worse by the year, ever since they stopped being owned by the actual family. Look into a local repair shop, les schwab isn't worth it anymore.

Got someone to come out and look, they went and checked the work order and said "your correct, they put the wrong tires on." An hour and a half later they had the correct tires on. ANY fly by night out fit could provide the same level of service as these clowns. This place needs a manager that can run a tight ship. I've been a customer for 50 years but I wont be back. They used to be a trustworthy, reliable outfit. No longer. And now they say they do oil changes. Its one thing to put the wrong tires on but if they screw up your oil change your looking at some real problems!

Finally get a guy over to check my tire. It's got a leak. Park it and check in inside. Here I am 90 minutes later (the lobby has 3 people including me) and my car is still parked in the lot.
