Hoping it was a fluke, I placed the order again because the price was good. Set another installation date. Canceled again two days later. Then -- ironically -- I was notified the tires had arrived and I should schedule a pickup. I didn't want to pick them up -- I wanted them installed. I went to the store and asked if they could install the tires right then. At first, I was told no. When I asked to cancel the order, they suddenly could install them. So I left my Bronco and was told it would be ready in 1.5 hours. Guess what? 1.5 hours later, they called me to say their machine couldn't install the tires because of the size. I returned, got a refund for the tires -- but they couldn't refund the installation fee at the store. Now I have to call a 1-800 number and chase down my own money. This entire experience was a circus of incompetence, poor communication, and wasted time. I will never go back to the Walmart Auto Center again -- and I strongly recommend you don't either.

Next, I get a call from the store manager (the manufacturer called him, upset because he placed the blame on them), and the store manager, Craig, told me that it was MY FAULT for telling him the wrong size truck bed. WOW. If I'm going to purchase a canopy, I'm quite certain that my number one priority is knowing the size of my truck's bed before ordering! I got a full refund of my deposit and am moving on to another vendor. Stay away from this place at all costs!!

They completely screwed up my order for a simple canopy, then lied about it regarding available sizes after the botch up was installed. I much later called the manufacturer directly and found out everything these sleazes said was a bald face lie. Having made the mistake and then having me try to get the cap replaced with the correct model after being charged over $3,200 for their mistakes only led to them digging in and not fixing their mess. Then the only "fix" they offered was to modify the rear door to a single gull wing style and charge me another $600. I then had to take this to small claims court which so far has done no good due to their consistent lies to the judge. So, I'm now out almost $4,000 and no resolution in sight while they happily lie their way to the bank. I had to get a full replacement from another local company and they did exactly as I asked rather than going out of their way to screw me. These jackals will lie even if the truth works better, from all their actions to date. They have made a joke of any due process in court and I'm amazed that our system is that flawed that it can't enforce a simple fraudulent sale for a consumer. If you are ever needing a canopy or any other SUV accessory, do yourself a huge favor and find it ANYWHERE ELSE, but don't get stung by these thieves.

The work they did to repair my minivan's rear bumper and lift gate from a rear end collision is flawless and they also repaired a side mirror for me (unrelated to the insurance work) at a super reasonable price. I knew that it is on the east side of US-97 that means that I had a choice of trying to turn left across the traffic or find a way to be going north on the highway. I was lucky and found a hole in the northbound traffic for an easy entry into the car wash. I was met by a young man who took my order and processed my credit card. Meanwhile, another young man directed me into the machine and was joined by two other men who folded my outside mirrors and used brushes to clean my pick up. I then went though the machine. Once outside, I walked around my pickup to fold the mirrors back into their normal position and inspect the quality of the wash. I was very satisfied and will return to Wet Willys Car Wash.

She went and talked to the guy in the shop and came back with some stupid shit about since the work being done wasn't recommended by them they can't take the diagnostic fee off and I needed to pay it, but since they felt bad about how this all went down they would only charge me 50 instead of the 100. I told her either I'm paying 300 like we agreed or I'm paying zero. She started to apologize to me I said thank you and walked out.....at the end of the day rich or poor your word is all you got. When you tell someone one thing but do another it's dishonest business practices...thanks for waisting my time money and gas

Their servicing department will not return the calls of our local service agent who wants to try and figure out why the warranty is not covering it that they sold us. We are heartbroken . We thought we had found a reliable Ford dealer and come to find out from the reviews I have found since our purchased shows us that this is certainly not true . I think anybody who purchased vehicles from here which there have been several and have had terrible experiences should start a class action lawsuit ! I am absolutely tired of not having phone calls returned service people giving us the runaround . No one ever being able to pick up their phone and speak to you about an issue that you're having . Try and imagine what happened to my son. He came to their shop with his car overheating. He…read moresimply thought that the water pump was leaking. I told him that's what I thought it was, but he was convinced by the shop that it was a blown head gasket and it would cost $4500!!!! I asked him what evidence they had of that. He said that there was exhaust in the radiator water. I decided to talk to the manager, Tyson, myself and he shelled out a typical con job that I recognized right away. First of all I know it costs much less ($2500-3000). He said 'we use better parts and have been in business for so long it justifies the high hourly shop rate.' I told him that it still didn't add up to $4500! I asked him what other evidence he had. He didn't have any beyond the exhaust gas in the radiator. I didn't tell him I am a mechanic. He did not say there was water in the oil (milky) or that he did a compression check. It was obvious he was trying to take advantage of a college kid with a California plate. I hooked up my flatbed to my F350 and drove 15 hours straight and took the car. The round trip was $1300 in Deisel. I am pissed off. When I got back I did all the diagnostics and indeed it was NOT a blow head gasket. First of all there was NO carbon in the radiator. No milky oil. Cylinders within compression range. It is the water pump. The manager is a liar and tried to scam my son. I told him so. He is a cocky pr1€k who needs to be exposed so other people don't get ripped off. Beware. He is the stereotypical scammer mechanic. He is what gives honest mechanics and names. And there was definitely was a 'xenophobic' aspect to this (I get it why some Oregonians hate Californians, but when it is a motivation to rip off a kid: that's just plain disgusting.).
