After my truck was in and out of this shop for 7 months, and paying them over $10,000, I was told…read morenot to bring the truck back. Andrew said they couldn't figure the issue out and blamed it on the wiring. I only drove the truck 200 miles in this 7 months because I was convinced it had a real issue. I took the truck to another diesel shop in Bend and they found the issue in less than 5 minutes in the parking lot. My truck needed a simple $60 boost relief valve. Fixed the full throttle check engine light and loss of power that I'd spent thousands to repair. A 1999 Ford 7.3 Powerstroke is basic enough I didn't expect a shop with their "reputation" to be so reckless recommending repairs that turned out to be expensive guesses. I would not recommend House of Power to do any diesel work. I can't believe what they were able to talk me into and hopefully this review will help others avoid the nightmare I experienced

He referred me to another shop that he felt would do good work on Porsche's. Although Forest did not work on my car, he was kind enough to take the time and listen to me, and help. If you have a Vw or Audi, I don't think you could go wrong by giving your service and repair work to Forest. He listens and seems to know what he is doing.

Service at Autoverks has always been top notch, and the prices are the best in town. I moved from San Diego and have owned four VWs in Bend and have never felt right at the dealer here (sorry). Forrest is always honest and upfront, and will always have the time to see you if you drop in, will return your call the same day, and will actually call when he tells you he is going to call. Service is fast and reliable. I have never had anything go long and most work has been done ahead of schedule. Probably the best thing about Autoverks is that they do no gouge you. I was scheduled for a lot of work, including a $150 repair for a power steering leak, and Forrest found a way to fix it for free. Service like that is hard to find in the auto industry, but that is what you can expect all the time at Autoverks. If you have a VW/Audi this should be your shop. I have owned many VWs and have seen the whole spectrum of service quality and prices, and Autoverks is definitely among the best.

The details: Our vehicle was having "speed wobbles" on our way to Bend for a Saturday visit. I contacted Les Schwab, explained my situation and they fit me in at about 11:30am. Being from out-of-town, I needed to leave the next day. At about 4:45pm they contacted me stating I needed a new control arm (amongst other things) which would take a couple hours to repair. They said I'd be taking a big risk driving, BUT, they were about to close and couldn't fix it until Monday! I can't tell you how disappointed I am with LS and their lack of human kindness. I understand my "keys" were in line for service, but come on. We returned to our accommodations by about 5:30pm and scoured through Google, to find 99% of the businesses were closed until Monday! Enter NEXT GEN MOBILE AUTO REPAIR, what a blessing. I called, and Sebastian was calm, communicative, reassuring and happy to help. He said he could take care of it first thing in the morning. I went from being frazzled to relaxed, and was able to enjoy what was left of our evening. Sebastian under promised, over delivered and did it all at a competitive price! He went to online to find a used truck to purchase from a local Ford dealer which we figured was reputable . We were extremely wrong . The truck while beautiful on the outside was sold to us with a rear axle seal failure . We have tried contacting the dealer who wants nothing to do with this since we bought it . Their servicing department will not return the calls of our local service agent who wants to try and figure out why the warranty is not covering it that they sold us. We are heartbroken . We thought we had found a reliable Ford dealer and come to find out from the reviews I have found since our purchased shows us that this is certainly not true . I think anybody who purchased vehicles from here which there have been several and have had terrible experiences should start a class action lawsuit ! I am absolutely tired of not having phone calls returned service people giving us the runaround . No one ever being able to pick up their phone and speak to you about an issue that you're having .
