What can I say, wonderful people and great service is what Litsis Towing is all about. My anxiety and PTSD were really kicking me hard when my car died, but after a call to my insurance company put me in contact with Litsis thing only got better. I was contacted within minutes by Melissa after my insurance sent them the job, she was amazing in helping me deal with my anxiety. I had some questions and concerns that took another Litsis team member to help me, Crystal rocked it as well! She explained how things worked, answered all of my question like the professional she is. My day only got better from here when I met Jake, he opened everything up and got to business. I'm disabled with serious neurological damage that keeps me from helping myself anymore, Jake treated me with kindness, respect and understanding ... I'm definitely Team Jake now! BEST, cleanest, kindest tow company I have ever experienced- From the dispatchers to the drivers- THEY ARE SO KIND and knowledgeable

I had a tow scheduled for the next morning at 7.30am. I realized it was going to take the driver 30min plus to get to my pickup location. I figured I wouldn't get too twirchy until the tow was a half hour late. I added the "optimistic" 30 minute bufferjust because I've dealt with other tow companies, and "stuff happens." However, as soon as the truck was dispatched, I received a text that opened a map that showed me location and ETA. The tow operator showed up promptly at 7:30. The truck was clean and quiet and was large enough to winch my my van onto the high-bed. The driver was courteous, in a clean uniform. He was careful and methodical in winching the van ensuring it was safely anchor. He drove as if he had a 7990lbs. camper van, on his back and I appreciated that, with alll the sorted stuff that can shift. He really treated it like his own. After a 38mi tow, agajn careful, always double-checking things, leaving nothing to guess and unloaded the van. He Announced he was done. He thanked me and left. My only regret I wish I could remember the driver's name! This tow was a part of my insurance policy. Everything with tow was as flawless as I could ask for. Crysta,l in the office answered a question I had to make sure insurance billing went through. To simply call them "a tow truck driver" doesn't begin to adequately convey the skills and judgment needed to do this job safely, in a timely manner, communicate clearly with customers what to expect and maintain customer satisfaction. Great company. Professional. When the driver showed up, he showed up on time. I had an odd request of pulling a long crate out of the back of a semi trailer and then dropped at my address and it went without a hitch. Driver was well groomed, courteous, knowledgeable and the tow equipment was amazingly, clean and polished. You can see the pride in that company. Definitely will use again if the need arises.
