My anxiety…read moreand PTSD were really kicking me hard when my car died, but after a call to my insurance company put me in contact with Litsis thing only got better. I was contacted within minutes by Melissa after my insurance sent them the job, she was amazing in helping me deal with my anxiety. I had some questions and concerns that took another Litsis team member to help me, Crystal rocked it as well! She explained how things worked, answered all of my question like the professional she is. My day only got better from here when I met Jake, he opened everything up and got to business. I'm disabled with serious neurological damage that keeps me from helping myself anymore, Jake treated me with kindness, respect and understanding ... I'm definitely Team Jake now! He was in and out within 30 minutes, in fact the whole process took less than an hour from the time my insurance company contacted Litsis Towing. I cannot begin to express my gratitude and let everyone know that THIS is the company that gets things done right and they are the most personal group of folks I've had the pleasure to meet in a very long time. Congrats to you all for your amazing skills and professionalism, it truly made a difference for my family and I.

Casey was kind enough to drop what he was doing and come rescue me. It was probably the shortest tow job he ever did (5 feet) but I would have been late to the campsite if I hadn't come across Casey and Cascade Heavy Rescue. Thank you for saving the day. He pulled the van forward, I climbed in and activated the battery boost button (jumps the chassis battery with the rv house battery), started the van and re-parked it a couple feet from the fence.
