Only 2 responded and 1 went out of their way to help. Mason replied within a matter of minutes and offered to be at my place within 30 mins. I had told him I was still trying to get ahold of my landlord (I'm cheap & was hoping to avoid the cost) & if I was unsuccessful, I would contact him. When I did, he arrived to my place promptly and was able to get my door opened. Prompt service, fair prices, and exceptionally friendly! If you ever need a locksmith, Mason is the one to call! She was able to understand our needs and walk us through sharing our location. (We had a coolant leak in our pickup about 10 miles west of Sisters.) She found a driver that could be there in 3-4 hours. In about two hours, she called to say the driver was on his way and would be there in about an hour. Russell arrived as expected, was very friendly, conscientious, and thorough. Kept us informed about the steps he was taking and delivered us and our pickup and fifth wheel to the dealership.
