The first half of day one was on understanding theory of recovery options; the afternoon was advanced tire repair and then out in the field doing hands on stuck situations. Day two was all in the field understanding winch applications and applying them to our vehicles. It's one thing to read about or watch a video on winch recovery, but actually doing it yourself and seeing the winch in action is some much better for understanding and retention of the skills. I had them install a rack which went flawlessly and I love it. I also ended up buying the mounts from them which I didn't even know I needed until they explained it to me. Very informative at the main store. I went over to the other store to pick up the mounts and when I tried installing them, it didn't fit on my tent. Very close just a bit to snug. I went back to the store and asked them if there was anything they could do. Turns out, it wasn't the mount that didn't fit, just the rails on the tent were a little warped. In the same visit, they belt sanded my 8 pieces of the mount which after trying to mount the tent again, went perfectly. Very appreciative of their willingness to help me out especially because I didn't know much. Wouldn't recommend anywhere else to do stuff for your car and truck racks.
