Got a call back two hours later saying repair was done. They saw the frustration I had in the truck breaking down at the start of holidays and got right on it as soon as I left. Great facility, customer comforts, no gouging on extras, honesty and customer first attitude. So impressed. He seems on edge and aggressive. Most of what he says is reasonable information if he could say it without making it seem like he is attacking you in the process. I would like to recommend this mechanic but unfortunately I can not. It's a customer service industry. Don't make regular, unassuming customers feel like they are causing you problems by being there.
