Most unprofessional body shop I've ever seen. brought my vehicle to them for a quote, and repair. Sent them pictutes of the vehicle before hand to see if they could actually repair it, and they said yes bring it by. 750$ and a week later gave me a nonsensical quote without so much as jacking the car up and looking underneath. Then they told me they actually couldn't do the work. Waste of time And money. Highly recommend not doing business with this company. read more

I had work done on my RAV4 in August and now my rear hatch struts are not working properly. The job they did was not done to a professional standard the struts should have been replaced with new parts and they were not. With the low ball quote from Progressive insurance. Professional auto body/Car star are not to be trusted with anyone's vehicle. The back hatch wasn't aligned correctly as well. Over all I would not use this auto body shop it's been a big run around and honestly the worst experience I have had with any business. Also John that is the Manager is horrible on follow up and making sure the job is done correctly! Don't waste your time with these people. My RAV4 will never be the same. I want to thank the moron that hit and run my truck. Because of the body damage left for me to fix, I found the best body shop in Bend, Professional Auto Body. Yes I did have to wait for my truck to be repaired. But in the end it was worth it. I received my truck back with the repair done perfectly. By the time I got home I realized my truck had been completely detailed inside and out with no extra charge. I have to admit I try my best to keep my truck looking good inside and out. So I was very happy they did this for me. If I need any work done again, I will not hesitate to return to Professional Auto Body. They were honest and professional. They worked well with my insurance too. I kind of feel that the bad reviews are just people who can't say anything nice about anything. The word professional should not be in this company's name! I made an appointment in June to have my bodywork done in early September. In July, their company was purchased by Puget Collision, which decided that they did not want to do corrosion repair anymore; however, they never contacted me! I called in late August to confirm my appointment, which they confirmed. Then several days before my appointment, they finally notified me that they would not be honoring their agreement, and would not be repairing my vehicle! What a waste of time - over two months! The lack of communication and amount of time it has taken to repair my car has been really disappointing. I understand it's a busy time of year, but it has taken nearly a month to get our car fixed and it was only minor repairs. We have called several times to check the status after not hearing anything for weeks and every single time they say it'll be done "by the end of this week." If it is going to take longer than expected, communicate with the customer and let them know. Really poor customer service. read more

These guys did a fantastic job (quick, literally better than new, and super nice) fixing my Jeep Liberty a few years ago and I thought of them first when someone hit my parked car a few weeks ago. Unfortunately I tried the company my service advisor suggested first, Precision Body & Paint, and had a TERRIBLE experience with them. They were rude, didn't return my calls or emails, and told me it would take twice as long to repair as they initially said (at the estimate). Satisfied with the repair work. It looks good. Thought it took a ridiculous amount of time though. From the time I had the quote it took them a month to get it in to repair. It took eight days to then do the repair which was only a $1500 fender bender. Probably wouldn't go there again because of that. Also, not the friendliest place. read more

Professional Auto Body did a great job on my 2012 Toyota Highlander! I had a lot of front end damage, and it looks like nothing ever happened to it. They also had a loaner car for free.
