I called a few ranchers before I talk to this young man and that just didn't work out and I'm pretty happy it didn't because if they drove all the way up there and it still didn't start I would've been one sad mama!! I went over to the deli and ask people over there if there's anybody that can help me and they shake their heads no. I walked out and there is a young man sitting in his truck and I walked up to him. He had his window cracked and I said excuse me, sir do you know anything about 1990 Toyota pick ups and he smiled and he looked at me. And said, what choo got going on?" And I knew then he was going to be a help even in my devastation gloom and doom I thought the world was coming to an end overdramatizing so we spent an hour and he change the battery cable which I knew was bad because it was broke it needed to be changed. It still wouldn't start at that point. I called the tow truck. They were there in 45 minutes. I was back home by 2 o'clock feeling safe at my house I thank God for tender hearted, people who help one another. His name was Jeremy. After towing the truck back to Crooked river Ranch, my mechanic said the battery was dead; it was a new battery purchased month ago from O'Reilly's. I called O'Reillys. David said bring it in and he swiftly took care of my need by exchanging the battery and allowing my travels to be in good standing! Thank you David!! Keep up the great work! .

    I ordered tires for my Bronco from the Walmart Auto Center in Redmond, Oregon, and scheduled an…read moreinstallation appointment. They took payment immediately -- then canceled the installation two days later without explanation. After rescheduling, they canceled the entire order. Hoping it was a fluke, I placed the order again because the price was good. Set another installation date. Canceled again two days later. Then -- ironically -- I was notified the tires had arrived and I should schedule a pickup. I didn't want to pick them up -- I wanted them installed. I went to the store and asked if they could install the tires right then. At first, I was told no. When I asked to cancel the order, they suddenly could install them. So I left my Bronco and was told it would be ready in 1.5 hours. Guess what? 1.5 hours later, they called me to say their machine couldn't install the tires because of the size. I returned, got a refund for the tires -- but they couldn't refund the installation fee at the store. Now I have to call a 1-800 number and chase down my own money. This entire experience was a circus of incompetence, poor communication, and wasted time. I will never go back to the Walmart Auto Center again -- and I strongly recommend you don't either.

Not long after arriving, they called me and said that the manufacturer sent them the wrong size canopy. Well, I dug deeper and called the manufacturer. Turns out my speculation was correct, it was not the manufacturer's fault, it was ALL AMERICAN CANOPIES' fault. So, there's one lie. Next, I get a call from the store manager (the manufacturer called him, upset because he placed the blame on them), and the store manager, Craig, told me that it was MY FAULT for telling him the wrong size truck bed. WOW. If I'm going to purchase a canopy, I'm quite certain that my number one priority is knowing the size of my truck's bed before ordering! I got a full refund of my deposit and am moving on to another vendor. Stay away from this place at all costs!!

They completely screwed up my order for a simple canopy, then lied about it regarding available sizes after the botch up was installed. I much later called the manufacturer directly and found out everything these sleazes said was a bald face lie. Having made the mistake and then having me try to get the cap replaced with the correct model after being charged over $3,200 for their mistakes only led to them digging in and not fixing their mess. Then the only "fix" they offered was to modify the rear door to a single gull wing style and charge me another $600. I then had to take this to small claims court which so far has done no good due to their consistent lies to the judge. So, I'm now out almost $4,000 and no resolution in sight while they happily lie their way to the bank. I had to get a full replacement from another local company and they did exactly as I asked rather than going out of their way to screw me. These jackals will lie even if the truth works better, from all their actions to date. They have made a joke of any due process in court and I'm amazed that our system is that flawed that it can't enforce a simple fraudulent sale for a consumer. If you are ever needing a canopy or any other SUV accessory, do yourself a huge favor and find it ANYWHERE ELSE, but don't get stung by these thieves.
