I usually like to support local small businesses, but I would never use this place again. They quoted me a price of $1600 to install a tow bar on my truck. The price was good so I made an appointment a month out to have them install it. They said they would need to order parts and would need my truck for a full day so I made the appointment for about a month out. I called the day before I was scheduled to bring my truck in to confirm and they said no problem. When I got there, they hadn't ordered the parts so it took two days instead of one. When the truck was finally done. I went to pick it up and they gave me a price of $2900 instead of the $1600. They originally quoted me when I questioned the price, the crusty old man behind the counter, said never quoted me that price. after a lot of back-and-forth, they finally came down to $2200. I was tired of arguing with them so I agreed to pay it. They asked me how I was gonna pay and I told credit card at that point they informed me there was a 3% charge for using a credit card read more

What a pile of dung. Took my 5th wheel in for repairs for water issues, under carriage pan, and missing moulding. We advised them we were moving and would be living in it until we could get into our new home. After they received parts, it took a month to get it fixed. Now the water system leaks like a sieve, the moulding was never properly fixed, and the pan is falling off. Wiring in the general area is falling apart also. So, for 2200 dollars I have no water system, and a failing pan. Years back they were good, but not anymore. read more

Kirby and Donovan and Beau were so helpful for getting us back on the road after finding out that our newly purchased camper Lance 950 on a 2500 Ram was listing back and forth dangerously that we could not drive safely back home. They put air bags and sway bars in problem solved. They were fast as hell too dealing with shipping logistics and upcoming holiday. Camping World caused the problem by not upselling me on air bags and sway bars or a variation. read more

If I could give a 5 star zero 000000 I would! this place was great back in the day! Not now complete good ol country boys are great if they have a little common sense but not these dudes they are rude as sh**and cannot be trusted to even comprehend what you are saying. We brought our 2007 Sunseeker in for a generator service. They had to order the part and said it would be about 5 days to get the part in. They have SMALL lot so they said take it home and when the part came in they would call us . It's been over a week and the guy that answered the phone was rude as f*** then another associate picked up the phone and said my husband said"oh no don't order it" A complete lie! so now we have to find someone else which shouldn't be a problem ! I hope the Original owners of this establishment are proud of how they left this business ! Which is still owned by them now that they live in Canada! Jerry's RV SUCKS! Needed to have a warranty repair done on my awning. Called Jerry's( july 12 )to see if they would be able to do it. They said absolutely they could get us in aug 1, I said great I will bring over my warranty paper with the claim number and everything I got from lippert. I literally work right next to Jerry's so I just walked over handed them the paper they said they would order the awning that day so it will be there and I they will only have to keep the trailer for the day. I had not heard from them since that day so I called the week of July 22nd. To make sure we could still bring the trailer down. The girl that answered was annoyed it seems like I was call but eventually scheduled me for August 9th to bring the trailer I asked for her to make sure the awning was ordered she said it was and someone would call when it got delivered. Never received a phone call so I called on aug 8th. To make sure I can still drop it off and so I don't bring it all the way to bend then them not have. It ready. The guy that answered said he didn't know where the awning was and he would look into it and call me back. He never did. I don't think he even reached out to lippert as I called them last week and nobody has called and referenced my case number super disappointed and would not recommend them. read more

Pulled in there from out of town to purchase a new propane regulator. It was $98 repairing it myself. Ron helped me and actually walked a distance to view my defective regulator to confirm the new one I needed. Very helpful and patient guy. Highly recommend. But careful, not a big parking lot. Had to park next door in an empty lot by 7-11. read more

Called ahead of time today looking for certain part. Guy acted inconvenienced I was calling and assured me they had the part I needed and all hardware was as I was describing (which is not the case). Again said they had plenty of them come in and they'll get it taken care of. Made the thirty mile trek into the store and they didn't have any! She said they had sold a couple and wondered if i had one on hold... never knew that was an option or I would have. She said they could order one for me and have it next day. No thanks, I could have done that off Amazon too. Just wish they wouldn't have been so inconvenienced to help me this morning when k called so I wouldn't have wasted a trip to town. read more

We were on a road trip with our travel trailer when the furnace stopped working 2,700 miles from home. Called every rv repair company that the furnace manufacturer recommended. Over the years I've bought a lot from Jerry's, never was I felt welcomed or as if they were interested in helping. If you're a customer you're an annoyance to them. I only shopped here for convenience as the prices are higher then online and after being turned away from returning a purchase from last week I've decided I won't be back and will purchase online instead of here. Mind you the receipt had no verbiage stating returns are not allowed, nor did any employee tell me until I attempted to return the item. These guys are fantastic! Really good, fast, responsive, and reasonably priced service can be hard to find in the RV world. I'm a full timer and had a routine service call scheduled. A few days before arriving I had a blowout on the highway. When I got to my appointment I asked them what might have caused the problem. They took one look, saw I had a broken leaf spring which was causing my axle to twist and led to the blowout. Understanding that I was a full timer, and that the trailer was unsafe, they put extra effort to get me fully repaired that day. The work was excellent including pointing out several areas needing future attention. The price was roughly half what I had feared. I expect I'll be arranging a lot of my future maintenance around Bend, Or and Jerry's RV. Thx! read more

They've fixed emergency problems with our awning which was unwilling to retract on our brand new 2016 Airstream Interstate, they've set up a towing bar with all the wiring for our Jeep Rubicon, and also installed a complicated wiring harness on our Porsche Cayenne for towing a trailer. We need a new under counter water filter for our RV as well as a few other small items. We researched and saw that Jerry's is claimed to the Central Oregon's largest parts, accessory and service department. Off we went. Store is not very large, but they do have quite a few items available in stock. The first thing we looked for was the water filter. They had one, we looked at the price and couldn't believe what we saw. I told my husband it has to be mismarked. So we took it up and asked, no they said, the price is right. It was priced $30 more than we've ever paid for one, so we passed on that. They did have the cotter pins we were looking for, as well as the blind hold downs. They both were reasonably priced. The only other item we were looking for was a window awning plastic hold down. One of ours was brittle and broke. We did not find one. And as we are only in town for a few days, we did not ask about ordering one. In summation, not a bad variety, and some prices within range. Just be aware of typical prices of items before purchasing. read more

I'm a newbie RV owner. I went in to have my "new to me" rv winterized and systems checked out. I thought I was paying $68, but ended up with a $350 bill, including $60 for wiperblades. This was partially my misunderstanding because I mentioned that I wanted the systems checked and didn't get a separate estimate for this. But two hours of labor to turn on a 100% functional generator, heater, stove and AC unit? + $60 for wiperblades? Plus the winterization? Excessive to say the least. I was looking for a local, reliable, reasonable service shop I could trust to take this rv and any subsequent rigs. I know these things require ongoing maintenance and was looking for a place I can feel comfortable with for ongoing service. This is not the place for me. read more

Great place if you want to be ripped-off. We took our utility trailer in and while it was there the spare tire was stolen. Jerry's RV said, "Not our fault. Did you even have a spare tire on the trailer?" Gave us a huge run around. We don't give up and eventually they gave us a old tire and rim to replace one that was stolen. Took over a month, many trips back to Jerry'S RV, lots of excuses, many phone calls, etc. Who needs the hassle and time suck. And they need to insure trailers they are working on don't get relieved of spare parts while its in their care. We're done with Jerry's RV. We're going to Trailer World in Tumalo, instead. Learn our lesson, and just go to Trailer World in the first place. read more

I moved home to Central Oregon after being gone for 7 years. I came home with a brand new tiny house in tow. Knowing nothing about living tiny. Jerry's RV has gone out of their way to help me, answer questions, lead me to professionals who could fix things for me! As far as I am concerned their customer service and caring and compassion cannot be matched! They didn't care how much money I was spending they were trying to help me. We were on vacation and our slide broke. Jerry's was just up the road so we pulled in without an appt. on a Saturday hoping someone could help us. Bo came out and let us know a gear had broke. He did not have the part in stock but said he could order and would come to our campsite in Redmond on Monday and replace. He showed up, as promised also his birthday, and fixed our slide. My trailer's electrical has been a hot mess. I took it in today and Beau and Jeremy repaired it and for a reasonable price.

should have gone with my gut. We have a chalet pop up. The guy was not eager at all to try and help, actually acted as if I was a real bother and sighing and rolling his eyes at me and not even making eye contact continuing to do something else...no joke. Very strange customer service. Then we brought it in on our scheduled day and they "Looked" at it for $230.00 and finally said we should bring it to the Chalet dealer in the valley. Why didn't they just say that Chalet pop ups was not their forte in the first place? Very disappointed. I don't typically write bad reviews but I feel we were taken. read more

First off I own a local Business and I understand things come up but I also know all that needs to be done is make a phone call to the client and explain what they promised will not happen like delivery of a part that was ordered. I checked on line and found the part I needed and found how much I could purchase it for on-line. Since I do own a local business I always like to buy local if available. I have been a very loyal client to this Business and maybe I expected them to be able to make a simple call letting me know what the status was on the part..... NOPE! The day I ordered the part THEY stated it would be in the next day. The next day I had not heard from them so I called and at that point they told me THEY DID NOT PLACE THE ORDER so it would be there the next day..... (I MADE THE CALL TO THEM). So the next day I had not heard from them again so I made ANOTHER call in the afternoon and I was told the part was back ordered and would get there the next day...... (I MADE THE CALL AGAIN TO THEM) So am I missing something about how they treat Loyal Local Clients? So today I get a call , YAHOO telling me the part was in. I asked about the part to make sure it was the correct part and all I got was attitude. Again am I missing something here???So this is what I got from them....... Do not worry we will put it on the shelf and sell it for more! WHAT??? So since I waited this long I went in to pick it up and they had put it on the shelf and then they tried to sell it to me for more then I was quoted! I called them out on it and they finally sold it to me for the amount I was quoted. WOW! So I have learned my lesson by them not to give them my hard earned money any longer. There are other Local RV Centers where I can get what I need or better yet screw the local business and just buy it on line! All they needed to do was make a simple phone call and they would still have me as a client. So my warning is, DO NOT BELIEVE OR TRUST THEM because they believe since you are local they can treat you like crap and get away with it! NO MORE! read more

On our way from Nevada to Alaska we had problems with our electric brakes on the trailer we were towing. Stopped at Jerry's and they were amazing!!! Dropped everything to help us fix the problem. Did so in a very timely matter!! Entire staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. Made us feel at home while we waited. I made an appointment for an oil change for my RV generator. When I made the appointment, I was asked if I was dropping off the RV or if I would wait. The service tech indicated it would take about an hour so I decided to wait while the work was done. When I arrived, the service advisor indicated "he didn't know where the service tech went'? I waited 45 minutes and occasionally the advisor would check in the shop to see if the tech was around. He never came back as far as I know. I got tired of waiting and they were closing soon so I left without making another appointment since it took two weeks of waiting to get in. Time to go elsewhere with my business I think. read more
