You never want a check engine light on, but especially when you're out of town. Thankfully, the guy working today helped us out with the code reader getting us the answers we needed fast. Thank you for being so helpful. read more

They would not return parts I purchased from a discount shelf. not even credit to get the correct parts I needed. No heads up when purchased. asst manager said there was a sign. I saw no sign. read more

I've always managed to get whatever I needed at ORiley's in the past, I came in needing assistance with a fuse and the man at the counter quickly told me no and could not even be bothered to tell me that they sell fuse testers. Luckily ORileys has a website more helpful that there employees. I'll never go back and I live around the corner read more

I went in this store this evening to get some windshield wipers put on the car. When I walked in neither of the two young men behind the counter said anything. I walked up let them know I was needing windshields wipers. They told me what isle to go to. When I asked for help, TJ, the one guy behind the counter again told me to go to isle 4. Several times I asked for assistance, and he very unwillingly, would respond with very short answers of where they were and what styles there were with NO ACTUAL help. A minute later TJ came walking down the aisle and said, "Do you need any assistance?" It was as if I didn't even ask several times earlier. I really did need help getting the windshield blades off and putting the new ones on. I ended up taking the old ones off myself and TJ came out and put the driver side one on for me. I had to do three returns to get the right size for the passenger side. I know their computer gives you the recommended sizes, but I really did want a longer windshield wiper for the passenger side being that there was still at least 4 inches of room that it wasn't even catching on the small recommended size. Hence to say on January 1st of the new year 2023, I did not have any kind of good experience at O'Reillys on Highway 97. I DO NOT recommend this store. read more

O'Reilly Auto Parts - Address location - Auto Parts & Supplies Near Me - Bend, Oregon

The young man working there not only helped me find the correct size windshield wiper blades, he also put them on the car for me. Love the service. read more

I stopped in to replace my squeaky wiper blades and Aubrey was a super star. It was busy and she was able to check that I chose the correct ones (I didn't), and install them for while answering the store phone on her headset. I am thankful for her help and the new quiet wipers! read more

Spenser helped me today look up parts I had bought two years ago, he not only located the items he brought them up to the register for me as well. My experience was 5 stars, he was above and beyond on his customer service. Thank you for making my shopping not stressful :) read more

This store sells more items for the inside of your vehicle rather than outside except for liquids. Well knowledge staff and computer search available. The most tricky part to find I've found are sun shades for older or smaller vehicles. read more

O'Reilly is probably my go-to auto parts store and has been even before moving to Bend. It carries most of what DIY car folks need.

I went into the store on North 3rd in Bend Oregon on Sunday morning Sept 18, 2022 at 8:00... an amazing guy, Amir, helped me... he not only helped me with my windshield wipers, but also spent over 10 minutes helping me to figure out why my blinker wasn't working ... he was amazing ... I'd give Amir, and the store a 5+ rating read more

So, my girlfriend is trying to exchange a battery that was not purchased at O'Reilly. After being watched struggling to get in the door and being watched standing, waiting, and carrying an automotive battery she waits to be helped by someone. She see the sign on the wall and confirmed by the person helping her that battery core exchanges are a $10 in-store gift card in exchange for the $18 core deposit, whatever. So the guy could not figure the gift card out and calls over the manager, Adrian, to assist. Adrian refuses to give a $10 gift card and insists it is only $5 even though the poster behind her clearly states $10 gift card. Frustrated, she grabs the battery and leaves the store, clearly struggling to exit the store with the automotive battery in hand, but no help as employees just watched. Went down to a local store, Baxter's, and the man behind the counter saw her and grabbed the battery from her and proceeded to help her. During the conversation with the Baxter's employee he noticed her jacket had battery acid on it. He gave her a towel, helped wipe it off, and gave advice how to best avoid a burn in her $300 jacket. Yes, the jacket is not O'Reilly Auto Parts fault, but really, customer service, or any resemblance to it, Might have prevented the problem. Give your money to people that care about helping you. There is a Baxter's in Sisters, Redmond, and two in Bend, one at the north end of town and one at the south end I would recommend them read more

This is my go-to parts store in Bend. Friendly, knowledgeable folks and they pretty much always have what I want.

I thought it was a great store. Just passing through town and needed chains to go over the pass. Ordered online the night before and picked them up at open the next day. Clean store, nice people, no issues. read more

Great service here I recommend coming here for any help about your cars! George is so nice and helpful.

I had an absolutely great experience here today. I was acknowledged quickly by Spenser who helped me get the correct battery and wipers and then helped install them as well! I've been to many auto parts stores where I've been overlooked and ignored (because I'm an elder female?) but not here! read more

Most amazing guys, help fix alternator in there lot on my road trip!!! 5 Stars would give them 10 if I could!!! thanks again!!! Best service ever! read more

I needed a wiper blade for my jeep and I know they were busy but I was out of state and due to a record snowfall it was busy but I asked the man behind the counter if the wiper blade was very difficult to install and he says " you will be the best judge of that". I had been at Knechts auto parts and the sales guy was going to install it for me but ended up having the wrong size. Customer service could have been better. I was upset and stressed driving in a town I'm not familiar with and it was dark and my driver side blade was broken. read more

If I could leave a negative review I would. This store has the worst customer service I have ever seen. I purchased 2 parts for my car in July of 2017 and here we are Sept of 2017, my car still isn't fixed, they have replaced the 2 original parts with 4 additional parts that were defective. I have spent over $1,000 in labor taking my car to different mechanics because they can't figure out what is wrong, due to my car having "brand new parts" of the issues it is showing. I manage a hotel and if I ever gave my guest the customer service I have received from these idiots I would lose my job in 30 seconds. I own two vehicles personally and my father and brother both own 2 each, we will NEVER again purchase anything from O'Riley's Auto Parts! read more

Went in yesterday for some new windshield wiper blades. The service at this store is fantastic! It's an old school auto parts store that takes the time to research what you need, help you "Install" your wiper blades and double check that everything works, and performs the way you want. I will go back here from now on for ALL my auto part, care care, and auto tool needs. You just can't find friendly service and selection like this any more. Good job guys! read more

Went to go get an oil filter and some oil for my car. The woman at the register was mean and when my grandpa paid she didn't do his discount for working in the school district. I won't be coming here again. read more

It probably depends on who you get, but when I called and visited in person I happened to get a a super nice, super knowledgeable guy who went out of his way to help me. Don't remember his name (Michael maybe?). Update: I went in a 2nd time and was helped by a different guy than before. Got same great service and now I'm sold on this place. read more

Stopped at the store for replacement blades for my windshield wipers. They had what I needed for a great price. They also helped with the installation. Great experience - I will go there again! read more

It was really cold and icy today, and I went with my sister to get a new windshield wiper blade from O'Reilly's. I was waiting in the car when Dave came out with my sister, and he replaced her wiper blade. He was so nice! I know where I will be going when I need car parts! read more

Yep, I'll second that. Every time I've gone to O'Reilly's they have been extremely friendly and helpful and even come out to the parking lot to help install things! Highly recommended! read more
