So, there was a lot of dead in my day... And then I called Michael and Paula at MPS Consulting. And my day was filled with a lot less six feet under. In fact, it was transformed by an excellent service response time, great conversation while the problem was assessed, and the verdict that while my battery in fact had bit the dust, my laptop was salvageable, and I was back in business and working away in less than 2 hours! To top it off, both Michael and Paula are very knowledgable about Apple products, have great service and rates, and will recycle parts as well as assist you in buying your next laptop. You park, get in line, get on the list, told when you are going to get help and help comes!! I got a new phone for myself with Colton's help, then a few weeks later, got phones for my daughter and father and again, with Colton's help. I was easy for me, my daughter's situation was moderate, my dad was complicated. Colton didn't skip a beat and we have three new phones in our home and three happy customers. If you are up to it and are willing to work the system, their system does work. If you are impatient and crabby, I get it, but it's going to take a lot longer to resolve. So, my advice, be patient, realize that we are all in this together, that the staff is just doing their job and doing it to best of their ability with the resources available.

Once I finally convinced him to sell me a watch, when me ordered it (none were in stock), he didn't provide me the options. Find out he ordered a S/M watch bad size when I needed a M/L. Also didn't ask which band option I wanted. Basically, the employees are zero help. It was completely ineffective to shop this store.

A few months ago, I broke my 6 year old iPhone that I was too stubborn to replace. After they did a phenomenal job fixing it for me, I dropped it in the lake (my own fault) and it was clear it was time to just replace the device. I tried going to my phone carrier first (my phone carrier has 2 stores in bend. I have NEVER had a good experience at either of my own phone carrier's stores.) After wasting 2 hours in one of these said stores, I knew it was time to call in the big guns and just go to Mactek. Let me tell you I could have easily saved more than 2 hours of my life if i had just went to Mactek first. Colm greeted me the moment I walked in, I told him I need a new phone, gotta transfer some data from my old one that barely works, and he was more than helpful to all of my problems. He went so far above and beyond to make sure I was set up with my new phone, he even transferred my number/cellular data onto my new phone without me having to go back to my phone carrier store. I'm beyond impressed with this place and I'm about to tell everyone not just in central Oregon, but in the entire state of Oregon and beyond that this is the best Tec repair store in this time zone. Like many customers, I felt reassured when I walked into the shop and saw numerous bridal gowns in the store AND I read the cusotmer reviews before I brought my dress. I believed my expensive designer gown would be in experienced hands. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I brought my gown to Scissor Bird Alterations to be taken in on the sides and hemmed for my son's wedding. The side alterations were acceptable, but the hemming was not. The first time I picked up my dress, I immediately noticed that the new hem was clearly visible all the way around the gown. Instead of preserving the original look of the dress, there was an obvious stitched line that changed its appearance. When I questioned it, Marta told me that this was how the original hem looked. I showed her photographs from the designer's website, which clearly showed that the original gown did not have a visible stitched hem. After seeing the photos, she agreed to keep the dress and rework the hem. I was so concerned that I returned the very next day because I no longer felt comfortable with the alterations. I was considering taking the dress elsewhere, but Marta reassured me that she could correct the issues, so I trusted her and left it with her a second time. When I picked up the dress again, the visible stitching had been improved, but the hem was now puckered and uneven in multiple places. Marta told me to take the gown to a professional dry cleaner to have it pressed, explaining that the pressing would allow the hem to lay flat. In all my years of having clothing altered, I have never picked up a garment from a tailor that was not ready to wear. I followed her recommendation and paid to have the gown professionally pressed and cleaned. Unfortunately, the professional pressing did not correct the puckering or uneven hem. I also had to pay to have the gown professionally cleaned because the hem had become noticeably dirty during the alteration process. My shoes, which I wore only during my fittings in the shop, were also dirty on the bottom. With my son's wedding only days away, I sought a second opinion from Pinpoint Alterations. They opened the hem to inspect the previous alteration work because the puckering could not be corrected by pressing alone. Watching another tailor carefully take apart an expensive designer gown in an attempt to salvage it just days before my son's wedding was heartbreaking. After I contacted Marta again, she offered to inspect the dress. I appreciate that she made the offer, but by that point another inspection was not what I needed. I had already given her the opportunity to correct the work, followed her recommendation to have the gown professionally pressed, and the results had not changed. What concerned me most was not simply that the alterations did not turn out well, but that the dress was presented to me as finished despite workmanship that I immediately questioned. The visible stitched hem was apparent the first time I picked it up, and after it was reworked, the puckering and uneven hem were also evident. As a customer, I expected an expensive designer gown to leave the shop in a wearable condition--not require professional pressing and cleaning before I could even consider wearing it. The photographs clearly show the condition of the hem, and despite knowing I was dissatisfied from the very first pickup, there was never an offer to refund the alteration charges or help cover the additional expenses I incurred trying to make the dress wearable, including professional pressing, professional cleaning, and a second alterations specialist. I understand that every seamstress may occasionally encounter a difficult fabric. I am actually angrier with myself for trusting her with my dress. This was one of the most important garments I have ever purchased because it was the dress I planned to wear for my son's wedding. Instead of feeling excited for such a special occasion, I spent the days leading up to it trying to save a dress that I had entrusted to a professional. I sincerely hope my experience helps others make an informed decision before entrusting an important garment to this business.

It is immaculate, modern, and well maintained, it has an excellent location and great parking, and on the day I was there it was cared for by a wonderful attendant (a blonde woman whose name I did not learn) who was constantly cleaning and providing help to everyone who needed it. I assume it is not the cheapest laundromat in Bend, but every penny has clearly been reinvested in the the machines, the facility, and the service. And the money is going to good people, because the attendant told me that the owners are the nicest people she has ever worked for. Laundromats aren't normally the most enjoyable places, but I will actually look forward to the next occasion when I need to use the services of Washable Laundry!

I don't know if it's reasonably priced for the area or not but I just needed to wash a king size comforter and it cost me just under $11 to wash (I paid a little extra for an additional rinse cycle) and $3 to dry for one hour. The parking lot is really small and street parking is a hot commodity, with the food truck and tap room spot across the street, but I found a spot in the Washable parking lot right when I pulled in on a Saturday afternoon! (I tend to have really good parking karma). Speaking of the food truck spot across the street, THAT was a cool benefit of this laundry-mat; food and drinks while you wait?? Yes, please!

I went to this place to get my screen on my iPhone repaired and the woman who helped me was overbearing sarcastic and insulting. I gave her my phone and she asked me what my password was and started looking thru my phone and then said "WHAT ARE YOU DOING? In an accusing voice! She started looking thru all my programs and apps and photos and I was like what ARE YOU DOING ??? Then she said this runs your battery down ! Then she tried to upsell me on a new battery ! of coarse! That's what they sell! I didn't come in for a battery my battery was not the reason I came in, But then she decided to get in the conversation of the customer next to us( when she was supposed to be helping me) to help decide where he could eat and even told him what to eat after he told her that his wife was a nutritionist. I myself am in customer service and I would never treat someone this way. I got what I came in for accomplished but had to wait over an hour and was asked to leave and come back, that would have been helpful information AND I felt a bit uneasy leaving the phone since I have a lot of sensitive information on my phone. The woman made me feel uneasy about my privacy and how easy I thought it would be for them to hack my phone information. I will not recommend this company any more to MY customers after this experience. Serious privacy issues is why. read more

It still wouldn't start at that point. I called the tow truck. They were there in 45 minutes. I was back home by 2 o'clock feeling safe at my house I thank God for tender hearted, people who help one another. His name was Jeremy. After towing the truck back to Crooked river Ranch, my mechanic said the battery was dead; it was a new battery purchased month ago from O'Reilly's. I called O'Reillys. David said bring it in and he swiftly took care of my need by exchanging the battery and allowing my travels to be in good standing! Thank you David!! Keep up the great work! .
