I first inquired about prices to repair the back of my iPhone SE. Abraham (owner) provided me an estimate of the repair. I went in, and he took a look at my shattered back and then told me that the after market housing wasn't as strong or waterproof. He then said fixing the back housing is a good idea if I was going to trade my phone in, but if I wasn't, he could just use heat tape and fix the back. Abraham said getting a new case would cover the ghetto tape job. Abraham literally just talked himself out of $120! I think that speaks volumes with his honesty and ethics! My screen shattered and I needed ​someone to change it out. I was quoted $200 at a different place, but they had to order the screen. He recommended I call FK Cellphone, which I did. Abraham answered and told me to order the replacement online and he'd do it for free. I'd just saved myself $191! Unfortunately the phone screen was shattered and he couldn't help. He told me the name of my insurance company through Verizon and the website address. It took me less than 3 minutes to file a claim and the next morning the new phone was at my door. As a bit of a technophobe, I decided to take a basic cellphone class up at COCC, which was taught by Ebrahim (Abraham, as he tells us to pronounce it). The class was delightful, and I learned a tremendous about about how to use my phone, and how not to be so afraid of it! Along the way, I took the phone into Ebrahim's shop to have the memory upgraded, which he did in what seemed like seconds. The phone works much better now. After that, we took our Samsung tablet into him. We had bought the tablet a couple of years ago, and it worked fine until I droped, then it wouldn't boot up any longer. Before we knew about Ebrahim, we made the mistake of taking it to the Geek Squad at Best Buy (see separate review), where after 30 seconds of doing nothing, we were told that the tablet was "scambled internally" and we'd need a new one. The equally useless Samsung rep at the store told us the same thing. We decided to show it to Ebrahim. He popped the back off the "internally scrambled" tablet, and immediately saw that the connection to the battery was loose. He secured it, closed it up, and the tablet now works perfectly!!
