AT&T would not allow me to port out, even though they did charge my bank account for the remaining balance on the phone. I had turned off the direct payment from my bank. Now in July they are still taking my money and will not leave the phone with the new carrier. Filed a report with state AG. Got bank to block any withdrawal without my written consent. AT&T STILL toke money somehow! Once AT&T gets you hooked, you cannot get out! DON'T DO BUISNESS WITH THEM!!!!

He says - Yep - it's probably the power supply BUT let's make sure. Thankfully he was thorough. Turns out the motherboard was toast and the pwoer supply was fine. Shouldn't have happened but hey - that's life. No charge for the half our of his time checking out the computer. Bought a replacement motherboard and brought it to him this morning. He installed it and I'm back up and running an hour later. I can't recommend a place any higher than this. These folks know their stuff and are amazingly fast at fixing this.
