What a JOKE! I go in there at 9:52 and the doors locked... They close at 10pm. The worker there with purple highlights is a complete B**** and she was arguing that at 9:55 the store usually closes the door instead of at 10!? Who is stupid enough to argue with a Customer when YOUR WRONG! even if it's 9:55 you stay open for customers who need there medication... on top of that she waited at the door at 9:55 untill it was 10oclock then locked it. That's the worst customer service ever, & best believe I will be telling the entire community about diamond tree and there horrible customer service... the Bend editorial community board will also hear about this. I run a barbershop in town and I stay connected with all of the local businesses. From now on I'll be letting every client of mine know that diamond tree will try to screw you over. I mean who purposely does this... it's so foul! Tonight is Tuesday on November 3rrd. !!!Diamond tree... figure out who was working and do something about it, Or don't & lose a lot more clients than just me. Your choice! Alexis lied straight to my face! what an ugly person. When's she fired, I'll bring my people back! What's even more pathetic is ive gone to this place or over 5 years and I've always had my friends & family discount... ALWAYS ... but for some reason just this time ALEXIS didn't know who I was with a mask on ‍ how dumb can you be. Corporate will hear about this BS! I'll be taking all of my clients and all of my friends to the dispensary right down the street. From now on... I've been to most of the dispensaries in town (too many to claim all!) and Diamond Tree is the best. They have an awesome staff and extensive selection that rivals the price of anywhere else in town. I don't usually review but these guys deserve it. Some people complain about a wait, but it's because they are the best and always busy! I wait an extra 5 minutes for my coffee at Starbucks instead of going to Dutch Bros too. Thanks for holding it down DT! -Revised! This was my first time going into Diamondtree, recommened by my friends. They have been talking Diamondtree up a lot, and I must say my experience was exactly what they would say. Very helpful and friendly staff. I had to take my time to figure out what exactly I was looking for because they have quite the variety of cannabis. The bud tender that helped me expressed their recommendations of what they enjoyed while keeping in mind what I was looking for. I really appreciated their advice and knowledge. These guys just finished putting a shine on their dispensary and it's looks great. Service is always good. I always find what I am looking for and at a decent price. You can buy some top shelf products or if things get a little tight, they have options at lower price points as well. I have never tried an online order but have been in there when other customers come to get their order, it seems like it goes smooth. Only complaint...this is serious...I don't live next door. I have been a long time DiamondTree customer and have consistently come back due to the excellent quality of products, great prices and wonderful staff. The receptionist always has a smile for me and the bud tenders are knowledgeable and more than happy to answer questions or make recommendations. With their new online ordering system I can put my order in from home, run my errands, then drop into Diamondtree and my order is waiting for me at reception. Really nice environment as you walk in! It had a very upscale feel walking through the front doors. The staff is very friendly, I can't recall the name of my bud-tender but her smile sold me before I saw the menus. The products are great, well varied. Prices are safely in the middle/average while the quality was totally up there with the best. I'll be back! read more

Being a long time customer at DIAMONDTREE, I am pleased with the positive changes in the shop and with the staff. I appreciate that medical has priority, and that the budtenders have been able to stay on top of helping me with my medicine. Always good prices and always quality flower.
