This is our main grocery store here in Bend. We can find most things. Only critiques are: 1. bulk area. The offerings are getting smaller and smaller. And there are never peanuts in the fresh peanut butter machine. Bulk is an easy way to reduce plastic consumption. By lessening bulk offerings I feel forced to buy plastic wrapped goods which is disappointing. This alone is making me consider going to Market of Choice instead which has the best bulk aisles I've seen in Bend. 2. There is no seating if you want to eat something you purchased at deli/cold case before shopping. Instead it's been taken over by self check out and curbside pick up orders. Please add at least a couple tables.

So many products and things to look at and check out. So much that I was a little overwhelmed at first, that I knew I had to come back to explore a little more and see what they had. I politely mentioned that I'd come back to check it out furthermore. I carried on with my day and came back about 2 hours later to continue exploring. I believe this store is built up of two brands, that's my guess anyway. So I went up to the woman who I assumed was the owner of the skincare products, her name was Sherry. At first she seemed nice but then I guess I scared her or something as she told me that she didn't like people exploring in her shop. At which I was a little stumbled, since I was a potential customer checking out something new. Either way, I must've intimidated her or something and I just left without finished my exploration. Not sure what to say, looks like they had some amazing products, but the customer service definitely wasn't there. I was hoping she'd give me a breakdown of her products since she made them herself, but unfortunately I was told that they don't like explorers and I made them feel uncomfortable. Maybe it was my LA Dodgers hat, who knows. Either way, it made me feel uncomfortable haha. No one has ever told me that before. But that's fine, hopefully it's just me and they're not like that to everyone. Although I'd like to say that there was another woman who helped me out, who's name I didn't catch but I believe she was part of the CBD side of things. She was very nice. The minor unprofessionalism like never looking up from his computer I could deal with but he is unpleasantly rude and doesn't try to help you shop just upsells you on stuff he obviously has an agenda and strong arms you into buying what he wants you to then makes you feel stupid if you don't. I had a solid 5 minute conversation with another customer I witnessed him treat poorly trying to figure out how exactly he's still there. The other young men there are always helpful and pleasant not sure how they managed that with such a poor leader

The guy didn't know and didn't want to waste his time helping me. He said "let me ring these guys up first" (the people who came in AFTER me and who hadn't been waiting nearly as ling as I. I had a product in my hand and was ready to plunk down cash, but decided if my time was not valuable I might as well leave. Yeah, like the other guy's review here I'm going elsewhere for supplements. There's really no reason to be loyal to this company and this episode was just the last straw.
