He is very knowledgeable on product, has handled exchanges for faulty cartridges smoothly, and always makes me feel incredibly comfortable in the dispensary. I actually left the last dispensary I was a regular at due to feeling very uncomfortable and PTSD triggered when they changed owners. (I have a medical card due to chronic pain and PTSD.)
