I have never been treating as horribly as I have by the employees of this store and frankly this entire company as a whole!! My husband recently passed away and the store employees apparently can't help me. All I want to do, is turn in my husband's phone! This is allowed by law!! Every time I come in, they just tell me to come back when a manager is around. Apparently, a manager however is never onsite!! If I could give 0 stars I would. I was an AT&T customer for almost 12 years, I went into this location to add a line and get a little cheap flip phone for my daughter. I felt I was paying too much for mediocre service and wanted to see how I can lower my bill. A guy who said he was the manager helped us, he told us we should apply a military discount (my husband served) and do things like auto pay to lower the bill and since the phones were paid off choose a cheaper plan etc. He said our bill would be much lower, quoted a price I was happy with. We wanted new numbers and he told us "oh the best and easiest way to switch over is for me to cancel the old lines in a few days so you can successfully switch everything over" I told him I wasn't sure because what if you forget (or just choose not) to cancel them?! He said "no I'm the manager and I do this all the time, I guarantee that won't happen!" A few days later when it's time to cancel those old lines I text and call him to remind him what needed to be done because I didn't want to run the risk of getting charged for lines that aren't even in use. He texts back that he's canceling them, great alls well right. No, the bill comes and he never canceled the lines, he also told us he applied the military discount, he didn't and didn't tell us we needed to bring in or upload his military paperwork to get said discount. So the bill was huge! I call AT&T customer service to explain the situation and learned several times over the 2 hours I was on the phone that they have this tactic where they say "ok, let me put you on hold to speak with my manager, hold on a second" then a new customer service rep answers "welcome to AT&T how can I help you" where you have to explain the situation all over again. I learned pretty quickly that you can't let them put you on hold or "transfer to a manager" because it's just them not wanting to do their job. I demanded a refund which I had to fight them tooth and nail to only get offered a credit on my account for not even the amount they overcharged me. While on the phone I was told several times that the military discount was added, it literally never was until I got a retention specialist and she explained how I needed to upload the paperwork for that to happen, not a single rep told me that before but all said it had been applied, "then why doesn't my bill reflect that?!" B.S. answers the whole time. I was also told "we don't know how he came up with this new quoted monthly bill price we can't honor that" literally a bait and switch! After all this and as customers of 12 years we decided to switch to Verizon wireless and I'm extremely happy we did! We got free iphones for switching, a much lower bill and they explained exactly right off the bat how to if eligible apply the military discount. Best part I have great service now, I actually have service in all rooms of my house and my whole property which is in the woods, I definitely did not with AT&T! I would highly recommend Verizon and say STAY AWAY from this location and AT&T all together, completely incompetent. read more

Considering all I had to take care of I was in & out fairly quick and they found some special deals for me that made it much more affordable. After visiting this store twice, after more than 25 years as a AT&T customer, I'm moving to Verizon. I think that says it all, the customer service I've received from this store and via phone call to customer service is on par with dealing with McDonalds. I have probably paid AT&T $51,000.00 throught the years but that will soon come to an end. I initially left the store very content in thinking that Kenneth helped me switch carriers with a great deal. When going over the original plan he asked me if I owned a business. I told him that I did not own a business. He proceeded by stating that owning a business would give me a discount, so he will just pretend I own one. He neglected to mention that a business account would greatly increase my monthly bill by adding fees that are completely unnecessary for my personal phone use. After waiting a month, I finally received a bill estimate in the mail that was double what the store representative had promised me. I am extremely upset and feel as though I have been scammed. Be cautious of this company's unethical values, it is very clear that AT&T store representatives will do anything to make a sale. read more

This store and the employees we dealt with one time was the reason why we switched to Verizon. They were useless in the fact that they couldn't do anything and had to call in to the ATT help line to make changes that we needed, and ultimately couldn't do what we wanted. I couldn't believe even the manager acted like his hands were tied in the matter. This was regarding rollover data and was in 2014. They wouldn't allow us to stay grandfathered into the plan we were on and buy new phones on their payment program. read more

There was a short glitch, but not his fault... he explained the issue and I came back a few days later... in and out in 30 minutes with the new phone and updated plan that will save me a few $$$ each month. Just had one of the worst experience at this store today (2/18/18) The male associate that attempted to "help" me out was extremely rude and kept trying to start an argument with me. I kept telling the associate that I was not there to argue with him but to just file a claim to have my phone replaced, when the associate noticed that I wasn't going to "give in" to his argumentative attitude he then proceeded to tell me, "You know what, since you keep telling me that I'm arguing with you, then I'm done and I'm not going to help you out anymore". I then asked the male associate if I could be addressed with another associate that could help me out and he said, "None of the other associates will be helping you out." I then proceeded to ask to speak to his manger to which he said he was not there and when asked to have the manager first and last name or the Managers business card the male associate refused to give me the information and then proceeded to tell me, "If you wish to place a complain you can call him on Monday, besides that I won't be giving you any of his information." I proceeded to grab my items and leave as I could tell he really wanted to just argue with me, but let's be honest, when you have a male associate standing so close to you that your coat brushes up against him you know that's not the place or person to try and reason with; I've never been glad to have security cameras in a store. I have placed in a formal complain through AT&T and I can only hope no other Bend resident has to go through this same experience. read more

AT&T deleted info on my sim card at their Long Beach store and was supposed to overnight a new card on Monday. It's Friday no card. They said go to the store no problem to pick up phone my name would be in system. Now I can't get my phone because I'm not the Account owner. They all say "I'll lose my job!" but no one will take care of this problem. They say I can call to activate. Have you called ATT to get anything done???? Go to Costco to get your business done. I would highly recommend Maria and Sarah at this store I have worked with both of them switching my line from Verizon to AT&T and also my friends lines from Verizon to AT&T and both have help me and my friends out and we are so satisfied with the service it works 100% better in bend then Verizon dose and you can actually load stuff on google and i did not get service with Verizon at my house and could never make phone calls and now that I have AT&T I can make phone calls at my house too! read more

My girlfriend and I both went in to the store for separate reasons on separate ends of the store and had terrible experiences individually. I asked three different questions and was argued with after each question. I walked away while being argued with and found out that my girlfriend had the same experience. We will not be going back to this store and, speaking only for me, I will be dropping AT&T as a provider.I have been a customer for over 10 years, but they are no longer helpful and only want you to buy full price phones and useless insurance. AT&T ishas been running a special on wireless internet for a while now $14.95 a month for a year. I have tried with no luck to sign up for this. kept getting not available in my area or check back soon. Today I did an online chat with one of AT&T reps. Who gave me a link to go to for at&t wireless internet. Price there was $55-75 huge price differance. Then I asked the rep. if at&t was running a special they werent honoring because there is a AT&T store within 4 blocks of my house.. I was told yes and was there anything else they could help me with. I said no I will go elseware. there respones sorry I had an unpleasent experiance with at&t today. read more
