Everyone here treated me like a king. The level of professionalism, friendliness, and kind gesture was unmatched. Flying around the country is a rewarding experience. My time in Bend was incredible, especially when I visited the Nike Store. No tax! Wait, what? No taxes on sneakers. Give me a few pairs haha :). If you're in the area, I highly recommend you make a stop here for an hour and carefully take time to walk the store. The sneaker selection here was unlike any other Nike store I visited outside the Seattle location. I was in awe during my time in-store. Today a very nice light weight nylon belt and a new in the box pair of Yac-tracks at half price, $20 instead of $40. The staff is friendly, helpful and well informed. They carry a limited selection of good new gear. My prize find was a Vintage LL Bean 100% wool jacket with a few very minor flaws. for $50 two years ago. They also offer free clinics on outdoor equipment use and repair. They also have great end of season sales. As a outdoors person for 60 plus years all over the US and abroad I am very impressed with them.
