Such a cute shop, however after finding some cute clothing items for my daughters for Christmas totaling about $300+ dollars I was told that they couldn't be returned. The only way a return could be accepted is if it was within 7 days for credit only. It's November and I'm Christmas shopping and the girls won't even be able to try them on until Christmas. This makes no sense at all and forces me to shop competitor boutiques, Macys or Amazon which all have reasonable return policies. What a shame! Needless to same I put everything back. I can't say enough about how cute this boutique is (along with its sister store next door)!! I found so many things I wanted to get here including artisan jewelry (earrings), sweaters and dresses. All trendy and as good as shopping in Chicago, my home city. Prices are very reasonable compared with other stores in the same area. Will definitely come back here every time I visit Bend. read more

The last time I visited Bend, I bought my husband some "Perfect Man" soap at Clementine. Since then, he's been smelling fantastic, so I returned to Clementine to buy several more bars of this soap so that I can continue to enjoy his fresh scent! I made sure to leave one bar for the next patron. :) Clementine has a great selection of other items as well. They have a great selection of reading glasses, clothing, and gifts. The people who work here are friendly and helpful, and are willing to look for other sizes and colors in the back if they're not displayed. Handbags, earrings, jewelry, reading glasses, scarves, clothing, hats, housewares, etc. Larry, owner of the now defunct Clutch has partnered up with someone else who's got a great eye for merchandising. The store they have put together has lots of eye candy. Wide range of prices, something for everyone - or maybe every woman. I don't think I saw much in the way of gear for guys. Meanwhile, great place to buy that special someone in your life something special. I'm thrilled to find Larry and her handbag expertise back in business. I've been buying my handbags from her for years and was a little panicked when her last location closed, as I am in need of a new wallet. Great vibe, great space. For whatever reason there have been quite a few failures in this locale. I'm guessing that with these gals that's about to change. read more

Cute store except when it comes to their return policy. They only offer in store credit with a receipt within 7 days! No exceptions. I'm still in shock that sort of policy even exists. There's not even an option to get your money back in that 7 days, only store credit! What reputable place even does that? Oh and there is a small explanation of their return policy when you check out, but if you set your items on the counter it covers up the sign. The cashier didn't verbally inform me of the policy when I checked out. When I attempted my return & found out about the policy, I suggested to the cashier they inform the owners that I won't shop there anymore due to their policy. Hate writing a bad review!!! Been to this shop several times in the past. Maybe they've had a bad run in with theft recently.... BUTT, If you're going to follow someone in your shop. Best thing to do on the customer service side is ask if customer needs help finding anything?!?. Blonde lady today made my daughter and I extremely uncomfortable. My daughter is 14! Really?!? How do you do that to a kid? No greeting as we walked through the door. And not personable at all! Experience here today was not all that great. Best spend your $ where sales associate are welcoming, warm and not profiling you!? If that's not the case, she better brush up on her customer service skills. Called to speak to the owner apparently and she brushed it off. "Oh sorry for your bad experience here, have a great day" look lady you are not the issue here. My friends and I stopped in here on our way to dinner. Super cute store, and so much diversity in here. Loved the soaps in there, and reasonably priced too. I also loved the Hobo Wallets, but they were a little pricey for me. Loved them though. Great selection of jewelry and gift options. We were in this store quite awhile and we all really like it. Whenever I'm shopping for something special for my wife, this is always the first and inevitably last place I stop. There seams to be something for every occasion here and it's all quality stuff to boot. The ladies are always very helpful especially if you don't know how to shop, like me. Bummed that they don't match the retailer's price of their merchandise. Found a Roxy sweatshirt that I liked, and Roxy had it on sale for $11 less than what they were advertising. I asked the customer service lady if they'd meet the company's price and she said no and compared it to buying on Amazon... I get that they can't match big box stores but they should at least match the actual retailer's price. read more

Some neat items in shop, but I have no interest in supporting rude people! My dog was tied out front and ended up blocking the doorway while I was trying on dresses. One of the women working, I believe she was the owner, made a snotty scene over the person who's dog is out front blocking the doorway. I poked my head out of the dressing room to apologize and let her know I'd run out and move her as soon as I got dressed, but that apparently was not quick enough and within seconds she was back at the dressing room rudely telling me to hurry up and treating me as if I was scum on earth. I get that it was an issue my dog was in the way of people, but I also don't believe it warranted such rude behavior toward a customer who was about to purchase something from your shop. Needless to say, I decided I'd support local elsewhere. read more

Saw a wonderful dog painting in the window and walked inside to inquire as to the price. Turned out to be very reasonable. Lots of women's clothing in the store, but also LOTS of other wonderful non-clothing related items too. Chatted with the salesperson who was super friendly and willing to share some of her favorite greeting cards that are laugh out loud funny. I found Clementine to be reflective of a lot of the Bend stores - filled with warm hearted people and carrying lots of things that you could see yourself buying, unlike some towns that have gift shops that you might walk in, and then right back out because the items are overpriced or just not interesting. read more
