Only reason 4 VS 5 stars is need to resolve battery issue...and email bounced back from website Note to owner -we bought 2 Traxxas Maxxs from you yesterday, extra batteries, etc. We ended up having to come back and switch out batteries. 3 of the 4 batteries are the right ones ... the fourth is shorter and wider and makes it a hassle to switch out quickly. I have not used the battery. Can we please exchange it for one that is the same as the 3 longer/slimmer ones? I have tried to call the shop multiple times but nobody is answering (my guess is due to Governor's shut-down order). How can we arrange for an exchange soon so that my son and I can get back to back sessions in? By the way, we are loving the trucks! Cheers, Stu

The person at the counter (who seemed to be supervising the other employees) was less than enthusiastic about helping me find a specific ring size even though there was no one else needing attention. She also could not offer any information on properties or energy the various stones are believed (by many) to hold. When I asked about the location of stickers in support of a certain cause I was told to "just look around ". I did not feel the peaceful, inclusive, supportive welcome I have enjoyed in the past and will (sadly) think twice before shopping Cosmic for my next gift giving occasion.

The store is typical, stocked with the usual Game Stop items and pretty organized, nothing special here. What stands out to me is one member of the team in particular who always went above and beyond to ensure that the customer was taken care of and would be coming back to the store. I think her name is Naomi, totally failed to write it down after my last stop in before I moved away from the area but she is fresh out of HS and very mature business-wise, really loves her job and it shows. Game Stop would be wise to cultivate this one and move her into management!

I went shopping here today for a Nintendo Wii after they confirmed that they had some Wii consoles in stock - which is still often sold out and hard to find. So props go to them for that. If I had a complaint about this location, it would be that it's a little small. They have always had customers in there when I've been there, and today it seemed especially crowded. They could definitely use a bigger space!
