It's more an annoyance than a problem, but I guess I need to get it serviced so the battery lasts for several years like it did when I first purchased it. We moved to Bend in late Nov 2025- DH took it to another jeweler on 3rd St to replace the battery. he said he had to wait some time and the cost was $20. I went to put on my watch about 4 days ago and found it was dead. So I called this shop and spoke to a really nice lady and she said come on in and that she typically would replace the battery while I waited. So I went by- it's in a mini mall with easy access, and three ladies were before me. The lady took my watch and told me she would work on it. I strolled the mall and came back to the counter where much to my surprise- maybe 5 minutes later- she had finished the work. The cost was $15, and she said there was nothing of a charge left on the other battery. In any case, I believe she said her name was Laurie, and I have to say it was a pleasure meeting her and having such personal and professional service. If you need a watch battery replaced, don't mess around with the other stores- just go here!

There are so many unique cases of beautiful art pieces. Katherine is a sales associate I remembered from my last trip and she was so kind and helpful. Once I drilled down on Rene Escobar we begin to play. Katherine pulled out one after the other bracelets that I had never seen before and suddenly, caution went with the wind. I can't say enough wonderful things about the experience with Katherine. When I went back to my sister's house she felt that she too might need a visit to Silverado so after hiking we did return - looking quite scruffy - but that didn't deter Meagan from offering a good time with the Rene bracelets and earrings and pendants and in the end, we couldn't resist again. Meagan and Katherine were not pushy. They truly enjoyed showing us whatever we wanted and shared in our thrill of making a few bracelets our own - and a pendant or two...Also included in the experience were other delightful staff who genuinely took interest in selections. Very disappointing customer service experience…read more I have emailed this company six times since Saturday regarding an order issue and have yet to receive a response from a live person. The automated AI system repeatedly states that someone will contact you, but that never happened in my case. The issue is simple: before payment, my order showed one item configuration. After payment was processed, the order confirmation reflected something different. I immediately reached out multiple times seeking clarification and assistance, yet no one responded. What is most frustrating is that I am not a first-time customer. I have spent a significant amount of money with this company and have purchased numerous items for myself, friends, and family. Loyal customers deserve better communication and support. The jewelry may be appealing, but when a problem arises, customer service appears to be nonexistent. Based on my experience, the lack of communication, follow-through, and accountability does not reflect a professional company.
