I come here with my best friend and husband everytime we're in the Bend/Sisters area (which is usually once a year for the sisters rodeo or to see some snow in the winter). We look forward to this "tradition" all year The service is impeccable, friendly, welcoming The curated pieces really leave me always hungry to explore what they have. You can tell someone is really putting a lot of thought into what's presented They have a beautiful website too, I just prefer shopping in person for jewelry plus I got to see Cedar (the dog jewelry model) in person read more

Recently took myself shopping at Silverado Gallery in Bend. Walking into the store you immediately know this is not your run of the mill jewelry experience. There are so many unique cases of beautiful art pieces. Katherine is a sales associate I remembered from my last trip and she was so kind and helpful. Once I drilled down on Rene Escobar we begin to play. Katherine pulled out one after the other bracelets that I had never seen before and suddenly, caution went with the wind. I can't say enough wonderful things about the experience with Katherine. When I went back to my sister's house she felt that she too might need a visit to Silverado so after hiking we did return - looking quite scruffy - but that didn't deter Meagan from offering a good time with the Rene bracelets and earrings and pendants and in the end, we couldn't resist again. Meagan and Katherine were not pushy. They truly enjoyed showing us whatever we wanted and shared in our thrill of making a few bracelets our own - and a pendant or two...Also included in the experience were other delightful staff who genuinely took interest in selections. Silverado Gallery is a must stop in Bend. There is truly something for everyone and every budget. Have fun!!! See you next time Silverado! read more

Went in to buy my daughter a birthday gift, and Kathryn came over and asked if she could help. I usually like to shop independently, but she had a charming personality. She asked me a few questions and immediately showed me selections for my price range. I didnt need to look at everything and get confused with such a wide selection of beautiful jewelry. I found a pair of Moonstone earrings, and they were lovely. My daughter was over the moon with her earrings. On my next trip, I will ask for Kathryn. Thank you, Kathryn. Kris read more

Well I have to give a great, big shout out to Tracey....who helped me stay within a budget and still find a beautiful ring for Christmas (Hubby was sweetly wanting to surprise me, but a tad afraid...LOL). We came in and I KNOW how expensive Designers and Gold can be....but Tracey helped bring several examples of what I thought might work with my stacking bands in different metals and size of stones -- and we found a perfect engagement ring that is beautiful and balanced for a simpler but elegant array on my finger! Can't recommend them enough.......no pressure and the most helpful and wonderful experience!! read more

Had the most amazing experience ring shopping here. Kiersten was helpful, friendly and so patient as we tried on so many different rings. She even let me wear the ring for one night before having to send it to get resized - what a treat!!! For a tiny store they had so many options that were unique and beautiful. I also loved that we were able to get a one of a kind engagement ring. I would absolutely recommend going here!! read more

What a jewel in the heart of downtown Bend! The staff are so friendly and helpful. They have beautiful pieces for every price range. Just love this store and the people in it! read more

Wow sadly I have just had the worst experience of any jeweler in bend! First off they sold me a gold necklace with a bent clasp, I brought it back to have it repaired and they blamed me for "stretching it!" (Not sure how someone would even do that!!) I tried explaining it had come that way and I had only worn it once and noticed it was damaged. They begrudgingly repaired it after arguing with me about "how it happened". It took them less than a minute to repair so not sure why they were so adamant that I caused the damage when it was a such a simple repair. To top it off The staff are very rude! They are extreme "mask police" here as well, they wear their masks below their noses but will harass and follow you around and refuse service to you if yours falls below your nose! I will never spend another dollar here!! read more

I have been to this store a few times. The customer service is severely lacking and staff seems disorganized. I was hoping that when I returned it would have improved but it seems to have gotten worse. The management and owners do not seem to care about quality service or the staff they hire and seemingly train. With the prices they charge, I would recommend visiting another store. I went in just before Christmas to purchase a Ring for my partner and ended up leaving. I decided to go in again last weekend and I was treated almost worse. They had a sales person in there over the summer who was so vibrant and helpful. I am sorry for this store she is no longer there. She helped me purchase two beautiful Jamie Joseph rings. read more

One of the must visits in Bend. With such unique items, they have a huge selection from simple affordable pieces to the designer items. I went in jewelry shopping with friends one time and collectively we did some damage so they offered champagne! Another time I spied a piece on Instagram and they were so amazing sending videos and pictures to help me choose. A phone call and immediate shipping later, I have my insanely gorgeous new Jamie Joseph ring. I'll be back! read more

Silverado has something for EVERYONE! Do not be intimidated by the price tags on items in the cases. There are various artists in various price ranges. Having purchased from here for many years, again today I went in search of a birthday present for my stepmom. Not only was I helped immediately from entry into the store, I did not feel pestered. I was given my time to view everything and ask questions, and then after pulling out and setting aside several options I narrowed it down. I have yet to leave this store empty handed. I truly must boast about one specific employee - Maureen. She was personable, very willing to help and knowledgeable of when to give some time to think. Most importantly, when it comes to spendy purchases I truly appreciate when the store employees give their opinion. Maureen not only did so subtly, but also did not make me feel pressured to pick anything I wasn't crazy about. Both Silverado, and Maureen especially, deserve 5 stars. read more

I bought this beautiful Jamie Joseph Australian opal ring here. I saw it on a post on their Instagram and she send me some more pictures. I then I bought it with one simple phone call. This ring is beyond amazing, super happy with it! Shipping was also very fast. Overall great experience! read more

Silverado has beautiful jewelry and their staff are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. The BEST customer service! I highly recommend.

My fiancé and I are visiting family in Bend and I asked his sister to help me pick out a wedding band for him. We came to Silverado and I absolutely fell in love with one of their rings for him. We received excellent customer service and I can't wait to get his ring in. Thank you so much for having amazing and helpful employees!!! read more

Every time I'm in Bend, I go. And almost every time, I buy. Because I love Silverado. Just. That. Much. I love that they feature local NW artists, and that they have affordable and not-so-affordable options. I love that they gave me a birthday discount. The staff is always friendly, never snide, very helpful whether deciding on a bauble for yourself or someone else. Silver lovers delight! Silverado never disappoints. read more

My fiance' and I visited the Bend store a few months ago, looking for simple stacking rings in place of a traditional wedding band. The staff at Silverado were quick to give us a warm welcome and were very attentive throughout our visit. We ordered two stacking rings (handmade in Chicago) in one of two sizes that were recommended, and returned to Bend to pick up the rings a short time later. They were exactly what I wanted, but once I returned home I felt that I should have gone with the other size. Though the last thing I wanted was to cause a hassle, I was promptly made to feel that my hesitation about the sizing was valid. The staff at Silverado went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and timely solution. I expected to pay resizing and shipping fees but was never asked to do so. They promptly reordered my rings in the other size despite the small size difference and have been nothing but helpful since. The new rings were recently overnighted to my home in a lovely and carefully packaged box, saving me the drive to Bend. I'm impressed with each individual I've dealt with at Silverado, every step of the way. I love supporting small businesses, especially those with such a high level of concern for their customers. I cannot recommend Silverado highly enough, both for their selection of beautiful jewelry and their incredible customer service. read more

Silverado is the place to go for jewelry in Bend! If I need something specific or a gift, I know I will find something awesome there. The staff is super helpful too - I recently went in for a pair of every day silver hoops and left with a pair I would have never considered but absolutely love! Over the years I have purchased many things at Silverado including my wedding band (wanted something nontraditional) and gifts for hard to please family members. I love that they support small jewelers and have different things than what you find at normal jewelry stores. read more

Unique jewelry + friendly staff + great price range. What's not to love? I shop here every time I come to Bend. They have a great selection of unique silver artisan jewelry. I love that the prices range from extremely reasonable to pricy so there is something for everyone. Each time I have been here the staff has been super friendly an helpful. They ask what you are looking for and the price range so you can laser focus on what is available. They gift wrap your purchase for free. read more

Great pieces of jewelry. The employees were helpful and very knowledgeable. Very pricey however. There was a pug free roaming outside/inside which was cute. read more

I love this place. I bought some xmas presents here and got on their mailing list. In the month of your Birthday you get a discount for a gift for yourself. I love EVERYTHING here and the people are helpful. For example I prefer an 18 inch chain to the 16 inch that everything is already strung on and it's no issue to change it! Go and explore!! read more

I love Silverado! I can't not visit Silverado when we are vacationing in Bend. I have purchased in store and i've purchased jewelry that I saw on social media. Visiting the Silverado Jewelry Gallery in Bend, Oregon is a MUST See! I am from Sonoma County in California and it was at the top of my list! My salesperson (Kenzie) gave me the most excellent customer service Friday morning! She was personable and yet gave me the space to shop every case at my own pace. She was extremely professional in every way - offering me a beverage as I shopped and when I needed her assistance she was there to help. This jewelry gallery has so many amazing artists it was difficult for me to choose! Finally I decided on two sets of amazing earrings - that have received so many compliments and its only been 1 week! I love this gallery and I hope everyone has the opportunity to visit! They have something for everyone! High end to Classy casual to Boho chic to Simple elegance! It is the place to shop for that special someone or just for Yourself! By far it has been my most wonderful in-person shopping experience this year! I am already planning my next trip to Bend, Oregon! read more

Upon entering the store the atmosphere feels pleasing and merchandise looks decent, for the most part. However, once fully inside something felt uncomfortable about this place. For one the music is a little too loud. Also, the service is on the pushy side and doesn't put you at ease. In addition, the layout is cumbersome to navigate and after 20 mins I just felt tired. I was really hoping to find a nice gift at this place-it was recommended by a friend. I am not sure I would visit this shop again. It feels outdated. Maybe if they drop the noise level a little and work on a more genuine sales approach it will be a better place to shop in the future. After all, some of the product is definitely worth checking out. This is why I landed on a 3 star rating. read more

Extremely pleasant experience today while looking at myriad of interests. Never felt judged, rushed, or intimidated. All of the young women were sweet and knowledgeable, and eager to assist without making me feel pressured to buy. I loved their selection of natural and local options that varied in style and price range. I will definitely be back to purchase more in the future. Thanks y'all. read more

Amazing customer service! Beyond friendly and kind! And their quality of jewelry is wonderful! Love this place!

I wish I could give 100 stars! Saw a beautiful tanzanite Jamie Joseph ring on their Instagram and called them to purchase it. It came quickly and was packaged so beautifully with a lovely hand written note. They really take care of their customers and want them to be happy! Awesome customer service and gorgeous jewelry :) I hope I can visit in person one day!! read more

This is by far my favorite jewelry store of all time! I can't walk in without finding something I absolutely love. And the best part is the customer service. The staff is friendly and informative without being overly obtrusive. It's clear they're not on commission, as when you say you're just looking they let you look, but if you have any questions there's always someone there with lots of information. As the girls there have gotten to know me they understand me and my taste and can always show me something that I love, without any pressure to buy. They've also gotten to know my husband, which has taken his gift giving game to a new level:). Shopping at Silverado is an absolute pleasure. And my jewelry wardrobe reflect it;). read more

Love the service - The place to go for quality, awesome jewelry in Bend.

Shopping made easy from my home while social distancing! Thank you for posting pictures on social media of all the fun jewelry pieces and including the sale price. I called the store and my transaction was done in less than 5 minutes by a very friendly associate. Thank you and I can't wait to get my new owl ring! read more

I love the jewelry here, and I love that my husband feels comfortable shopping here. (On Valentine's Day, they were offering free drinks to shoppers!) There's a wide variety of styles, so it's worth your time to browse slowly. I have noticed an increase in prices (particularly in their counter jewelry, which used to be quite affordable). It's hard to find anything under $50 - even the sort of run of the mill kiddy looking stud earrings. That said, it's still my favorite jewelry shop and the spendy stuff is totally worth saving up for. read more

Thank you ladies for making my shopping experience always a pleasure! First place I go when in search of presents for family and friends! Unique pieces by unique artists! My husband and I purchased our wedding rings here. The ladies who work there are so warm, welcoming, and helpful. They did everything they could to help us find the perfect ring, within our budget. I think a good jewelry shop is one that carries a variety of high quality pieces, with something to offer those newlyweds just starting out. Not to mention, their pieces are so earthy, cool, unique, and individualized. Thanks, Silverado! read more

What a great shopping experience! A friend and I stopped to pick up some jewelry for a souvenir on a quick vacation in Bend, and we ended up spending almost an hour, picking out different earrings and exploring the beautiful items they had available. The staff was accommodating and patient with our decision-making process, and they made sure we had access to some additional items that hadn't been moved onto the floor that we were interested in. Because we were purchasing specifically from local artists, the salesperson who assisted us made sure we got the bios for each of the artists whose work we bought, which made it very special. Prices were reasonable, and there is a huge range of prices, from as low as about $12.00 to several hundred, depending on what you're looking for. The store is set up with plenty of room to accommodate lots of shoppers without everyone bumping into each other. We had a wonderful time shopping here. Next trip to Oregon, I'll be planning to spend more here! Great service and great products! read more

This store is best described as dangerous... So many beautiful, quality, unique, and lovely things to choose from. The good news is they have wonderful pieces in all price ranges so you can easily find a gift or a treat for yourself. There is a reason that this store was recently voted Coolest Jewelry Store in America by a top jewelers trade magazine. Locally owned and run in little old Bend, Or! We are very lucky to have Silverado in our downtown community. read more

Tons of great stuff here and super helpful staff.

As a dude, I don't make it into jewelry stores all that often. But at some point in most every feller's life a man's got to buy a couple rings. Silverado is the place for such a life event. A lovely and well-informed staff cheerily pointed a bumbling fool like myself in the right direction. Well crafted options ran the gamut and myriad styles made choosing easy (also difficult--the selection is deep). I've since purchased classy but quite affordable silver cufflinks for myself as well as rings, earrings and necklaces as gifts for the womenfolk in my life. All have been well received. Lots of beautiful items from local and regional artists and small artists and craftspeople nationwide. A great shopping experience--the best in the Northwest. read more

Exceptional service and amazing little jewelry treasures. I bought a burnished necklace with 3 interconnecting Gold rings. The rings began to discolor at certain points of contact with the chain. I live in Portland. I called in July, spoke w/mgr Amy and she said to exchange or return it anytime I was back in Bend. I went back in Oct and was treated very well and exchanged it easily. Incredible customer service and unique selection. I buy something every time I go there. Thank you Amy! read more

Silverado Jewelry Gallery is bar far the best place to purchase jewelry on the west coast! I have several different pieces from different artists and am constantly stopped by strangers asking about them. The staff has incredible knowledge about stones, metals and designers. They have helped me find the perfect pieces not only for me but my lifestyle as well, my hands are in dirt and water constantly and I need sturdy, wearable pieces for an active life. I have not regretted any purchase I have made at Silverado and have some wonderful legacy pieces I know I can pass on to my children and grandchildren with pride. I don't think I wear a piece of jewelry that is not from Silverado! Besides the amazing staff and excellent customer service, Silverado has something for everyone. It's my go-to place to buy presents for my mom, sister and my friends. It's Bend's version of the Tiffany blue box - when you see the silver box, you know there's something amazing inside! When I think about buying jewelry, the first place I always go is downtown Bend to visit Heather and her staff! read more

I will never look at another jewelry store in the same light. I used to live in SF where I'd walk into one every now and again, get a cold shoulder, no help, no guidance. Every time I walk into Silverado I am greeted by beautiful (both inside and out) staff who remember my name, what I like, what I might want to see. They don't push, they don't snub their noses if I can't afford something, they are like jewelry therapists. My husband went to Heather immediately to pick out my engagement ring. It's like nothing I've ever seen and I stare at it (and my bands) daily. I couldn't love it any more. If ever there is a moment for a special gift, I know where he goes and I am certain he will come home with something unique and special. Love this place and love you guys! The Porinos read more
