So usually with businesses like that, I usually leave a shorter review because personally I think I find a harder review non-food places. This place is absolutely cute. We came in trying to check out there even though to be honest they were quite boutique prices and nothing really stood out of that amazing to where we wanted to jump in, but they do have very fashionable smells which I guess I'm showing my age here because I tend to like some of the older stuff and not on this hip new scent. There are so many cute trinkets, cards, and decorations available at Ju-bee-Lee! After a long look around, I had to get this gorgeous ring! Friendly staff that offer to see when new shipments are coming in if there is something missing on their shelves that you were searching for. I only wish this store had more room to move around and explore the goods. You definitely have to make a couple of trips inside because it is such a tight store there is going to be some gems that you miss the first time around. read more

3.5 stars for me, but will round up to 4. Super cute store, but have to agree with other comments here that they must have an issue with shoplifting. I've worked in retail and shopped retail for years and there's a difference between someone checking in and asking to help take stuff off out of your arms and hovering/demanding to hold it for you. It felt really, really odd. I wasn't able to hold anything for more than 30 seconds (literally) before someone would ask to hold it on my behalf. Totally understand their concern given the little trinkets they have, but I had it happen with clothes that I planned to purchase. After coming out of the dressing room and giving the gal my "no's", I was told to put my yes's on the counter too before I continued walking around to shop. It was a weirdly demanding "put those on the counter." It felt like they didn't trust me and were worried I would take the two clothing items, but it was so odd because I was far away from the door and I didn't even have a purse or anything on me? I couldn't really understand. Some feedback for the owner, if they're willing, coming from someone with a customer experience background. Given the extent of hovering and holding of items, as a consumer I'd honestly just appreciate a very lighthearted "Hey, mind leaving those up here while you peruse a bit more? Sorry about that but we've had an issue with theft recently so want to be extra careful as a small business. Thanks!" That would feel less personal than going through a weird experience and feeling like it was because I myself gave a weird vibe or something. Just a thought to consider! Again, this store has awesome items and has a lot of potential, but I think this area in particular needs to be approached differently otherwise it's just too uncomfortable and I won't be able to recommend it. read more

I can't even begin to explain just how wonderful the selection of goodies and the staff are at Jubeelee. During the pandemic I've been able to place multiple orders with the store through Instagram and over the phone. Two of the orders they shipped to me in California and one of the orders I had a friend pick up in store as a gift. Another fun shop located in downtown Bend! They have lots of knick knacks that are creative, unique and tasteful! The staff is very friendly and it's fun to just browse around! I like their handcrafted soap section a lot! They do sell clothes here as well but it's mostly for the ladies so sorry guys... you need to look somewhere else for that. read more

I love this store and everything in it but the people working there are rude and snobby. They also assume everyone walking into the store is going to steal something. Constantly hovering and literally within a 10 minute time frame had three different people following around and ask if I am finding everything okay. And as Rebecca W. mentions, clothing runs small - they carry the brand Angie and yes, Angie runs small. I think they have something for everyone here. I've done quite a bit of Christmas shopping here the last two years (I don't think they've been open much longer than that). Always worth a look when you are downtown. Did have a bad experience last year, bought lip balm for my daughter's Christmas stocking. She opens it Christmas morning, it's used, very used, evidently it's the tester. Not marked tester and it never occurred to me that I should check it before I bought it? I came back to the store to let them know, checked out the other beauty products, none of the testers are marked. Told the owner what had happened, she asked if i wanted my money back. Uh, no, it cost like $5. You might want to think about marking testers, or have your staff (you're the one who sold it to me), be on the lookout for testers being sold as "new" It was a bummer because my daughter was only 9 at the time, hard to explain how Santa brought her something used? The owner totally didn't get it. Bizarre experience, very poor customer service. A year later, still nothing marked "tester". Seems like a no-brainer. Wanted to wait to do the review until I had recovered from my tester lip balm experience. read more

I know once I walk into this sliver of a store, I'm not walking out without a bag full of goodies. From the most adorable selection of greeting cards, to their jewelry, clothes and little home items.... I can't resist it. I'm obsessed and love this place. The staff is always so sweet. Considering that during their busy time, the store is filled ( and its small, mind you..) the staff remains calm, patient, helpful and even willing to wrap your newly purchased goodies. Love this store! The clothing runs a bit small, especially if you are well endowed, but it is all gorgeous boho style pieces. There is loads of jewelry, most affordable priced, all of it gorgeous bohemian inspired items. There are fun notebooks, journals, carved pencils, and such near the front. Towards the back are some baby items and really cute stuffed toys. Not junky, but Land of Nod-like high quality stuffed owl, cats, & foxes. There were also some really beautiful purses and wallets near the back as well. If I lived closer I'd be in here every month. And if my boobs weren't so big I would have bought a top or two. Darn. Oh my god. I hate writing bad reviews unless I feel like places really deserve it and this business unfortunately does. Upon walking in, no one greeted me. I had to approach the girls at the desk to see what types of jeans they had. The girl who I was making eye contact with didn't even respond to my question just STARED at me. There was awkward silence before her coworker finally started talking to me. When I asked where the jeans were the girl vaguely pointed around the store not directing me where they were and expecting me to find them myself. After I found a pile of jeans I looked for my size (30) and the highest size they had was a 27. I can't believe the highest size they had was a 27... how are you supposed to be inclusive of girls and women with different body types. I am a fit woman with thighs and a butt and there is no way I would ever fit into a 27. You have to do better, you can't only have sizes for tiny women. I will never return to the store not only were the girls extremely rude but the lack of sizing and lack of inclusivity is not for me. read more

Jubeelee is my absolute favorite shop downtown. It's filled to the brim with unique, fun and cool items that you can't find anywhere else in town. I ALWAYS stop here first when I have someone to buy a gift for, yet have no idea what the heck they would like. I stopped in recently to peruse for holiday gifts, and ended up crossing seven - yes, SEVEN people of my holiday gift list. Wall is loaded with small charming shops, but Jubeelee was by far my fav. Lovely assortment of home accessories, clothes, gifts and jewelry. I did a thorough look around but didn't buy anything and was haunted by 2 things so I returned a couple of days later and was so happy to get a beautiful necklace, and a fun larger piece for my home. As I was flying home that day, I asked if they could ship the larger piece, and the lovely Olyvia said yes they could!
