Oh man...I have spent some hundreds of $s here, and had a coupla hundred $s worth of a pair of pants and maybe a sweater I was ready to try on...I even had on a shirt I had bought there in the past....when I asked the person behind the desk if I could use the bathroom first...(who doesn't wanna be relaxed when shopping)!? As I had imagined, the store is overpriced and seems to target tourists because locals know it's too expensive for what it is.. This at least seemed to be true when my husband and his 22 year old daughter from FL visited. The older lady offered a couple of "outfits" that looked exactly the same (except one was long sleeved and pin striped with matching pin striped cropped pants, and the other a short sleeved version without the pin stripes (also with pants). Also what I thought was sort of a pretty pastel boucle like long sleeve jacket. I'm not sure if the ladies heard or asked where she is from, but it obviously did not register (from FL- where it's 80 degrees right now!). In any case, sound fashion advice was not provided and it seemed they just wanted a $600 quick sale for 5 items, and 2 nearly the same. They saw the sucker stamp and took advantage. read more

Walking through downtown I discovered this cool "little" shop in downtown Bend and was very happy I did. The location is much larger inside than it appears and the proprietor is an incredible friendly and helpful person who is a pleasure to interact with. Greeting you with a genuine and warm hello, you immediately have the feeling that she is happy to see you in her store. The store is full of really nice articles of clothing that are of quality make and good style. The men's section is on the smaller side but is stocked with food stuff. The jeans are nice but not with the garish designs that are common on the higher end jeans you find at other places. I will definitely return to this shop and support the local economy as well as quality shop owners such as her. Thanks for being so awesome! read more

I visited Lulu's last weekend while visiting Bend from Portland. The shop is so cute and has a great variety of brand name clothes (lots from Rails, PJ Salvage, etc.) and more affordable options. It's high-end and curated, but accessible. The two women working were beyond lovely and helpful. I had my two-year-old daughter with me and she was being a typical crazy toddler. I don't get out often to shop so I was just praying she'd behave herself in the nice boutique. The women were so, so lovely to my daughter and made our experience so enjoyable. I haven't written a review in quite a while but felt compelled to hop on and write one about Lulu's because not only was the boutique so incredible cute and well stocked with my favorite brands, but I was also truly touched by how welcoming they were to me and my daughter. read more

They have an amazing selection for all different ages! I'm 27 and found an amazing pair of jeans and received great guidance by the staff. Will return often! And younger people don't count this spot out!! read more

We were in town for a memorial service and needed something for the heat. And still be classy. Hot Box Betty in town recommended Lulu's as I wanted a long tunic. First in the door was a friendly greeting and welcome. After explaining what I wanted another kind person basically told me to stay put she'll bring me some options. And did I want any water? About a dozen beautiful garments later I walked out with a stunning tunic from Italy and a sweet shrug to compliment. I couldn't have asked for better service. And all the while my husband was made welcome too. Five stars! Might I suggest more? Thank you for making a hard situation much easier. read more

Horrible customer service. You had 40% off, I added another dress. Went to check out and then the code was gone. Called and all they would offer me is 20% off. I HAD $40% off. And now i am not buying 4 dresses and I am taking my business else where. Your company did a bait and switch. It is misleading, unethical, and wrong. I'm new to Bend and have spent some amazing afternoons shopping around the community. Lulu's is by far one of my very favorite places to shop! They always have a large variety for my ever changing style and all the items are hand selected by the owner before entering the store! It is a true experience every time I shop here, every employee is incredibly helpful. They also have a great clearance rack for bargain shoppers! Looking forward to going again this week to find the perfect summer wedding outfit! read more

I love this store. I found a couple cute dresses for 50% off and also a pair of shoes for $39 bucks. Usually their stuff is expensive but a lot of the stuff they carry is really good quality. The clerks are always very cheerful and happy too. They also carry a local made line of leather purses and wallets called Mari Lassa. I love their stuff! read more

I love Lulus! I have to say all of the ladies that work there are just so sweet. I have to admit that some of the shops downtown make you feel like they just want your money and moving on. Not Lulus.
