I am a big fan of the Columbia sportswear line of products and you appreciate the various retail outlets that they operate. This brand offers a very high level of consistency as well as customer service. Top quality products at a reasonable price point so to speak, service to buy typically outstanding group of employees. Having been a regular shopper at the location in Sellwood, I was a little concerned I would lose some of that service that I've been accustomed to at the show and location however my fears are put to rest easily on my first visit to the Bend location. My first experience was with one of the management team - Brody - and I cannot day enough great things about my interactions with him. My family and I will be back! read more

I'm not a clothes shopper, yet I seem to show up here a lot. They do have ridiculously low prices during sale events (which seem to be continuous) and the Columbia brand is a good one. I really like my SPF hiking shirt. If you spend time on Central Oregon's desert trails in the summer, you might want to get one. Some of the racks are so packed that browsing is difficult. read more

Stopped in this outlet store for just a minute and was there over an hour. Columbia Brand is one of my favorites. There were lots of clearance items. Everything was on sale. The manager Heather was helpful with a customer satisfaction issue. The dressing attendants were helpful and attentive. I highly recommend this store!!! read more

Top of the line Columbia sports wear at discounted ( sometime highly discounted) prices!On my last visit in August they still had both summer & winter at 30% to 60 % off. In my visit in June with the coupons I had added to the discounts they were already offering I picked up $800(retail value) worth of apparel for only $150. Great customer service. Wish I could think of the guys name, Casey I think. Glad they have some Mountain Hardware stuff. Like any factory store you have to keep checking back to find the best stuff but can be fun when you find a great item. When they have their sidewalk sales you can really save, but check your receipt to make sure you it rang up correctly. read more

We came here during the summer when they had Hey 70% off sale for the winter items. With me and we go here for the deals. To be completely honest I don't really pay attention to the Customer Service. There was a gentleman outside walking around fixing all the clothes that were dropped on the ground. He did seem like he was in a pissed off mood. But again I came here just for the discount. If I can say they do need to fix their customer service and put a smile on. I felt like he was grumpy and he didn't want to be there. But again the service was pretty decent specially when we got everything rang up on the register. And the weird thing was we ended up getting at least 20 items and they ended up asking Us do you need a bag. I looked at this really weird and I said yes please because I don't know how we're going to carry 20 things to the car without spelling everything on the ground. Again this might be a small detail but I just think it's weird obviously a customer needs a bag. But overall experience was four stars. Well, we're on vacation traveling through Oregon this week. We stopped at the Columbia Sportswear Outlet in Bend Oregon to check out their sales. Well, great help from Skyler and Ben while we shopped ended up with our purchasing a nice polo shirt, 2 fleece jackets and 2 more jackets (shells as they're referred to I'm told). This is one of the best winter apparel stores in town. Columbia makes great quality outdoor clothing at jaw dropping prices. I have been shopping here for close to 7 years and still have a few pieces of clothing that have endured years of abuse from when I first started shopping here. Occasionally you may find an irregular item, so be sure to try on the clothing before you make the purchase. The best time to purchase winter clothing here is right before school starts when they are having their back to school sale. Bought a Christmas present (Coat) for some one at this location. It was to small so they took it back and asked to exchange It for a larger size. She handed the coat to a clerk. The clerk took it handed her a receipt and said the money will be put back on the card. She told the clerk no that she wanted a different size, it was a gift and that she didn't have the money to pay for a coat as the money didn't go on her card. She was told to bad, to late it can't be undone. (which is a lie because it can, I do it daily at my work) Ebenezer Scrooge works at Columbia outfitters. Now I have to go out a buy a coat all over again and you can bet it sure won't be from Columbia outfitters. read more

We check this place often in search of a good deal. The regular prices are nothing to get excited about but when they have a store wide sale the clearance racks become ridiculous. Count yourself lucky when you find mountain hardwear clothing here because it will be discounted. read more
