They have an amazing array of clothing, lots of baby paraphernalia, books & toys. A great place to shop as your children or grand children grow. Prices are reasonable. It was fun just looking around. Not worth the time…read more First I needed an appointment, no problem, but then I'm told to leave the items and come back another day for my money. Again, no problem. I was paid about 10% of retail value, and was told if I didn't come back the very next day for the cash I would only get store credit. The two trips weren't worth the amount I was given. It's easier (and kinder) to donate.

The fitting room area is always a disaster and hardly ever staffed leaving customers to throw their unwanted clothes wherever, yet it was so bad that they had customers try clothes on in their disgusting bathrooms that they never clean. Don't even get me started on the horrible customer service from the Assistant General Manager, Megan. I also heard the way she talked to associates and it is completely horrendous and no one should ever have to deal with that. The store is always in disarray, probably because no one knows how to fold the clothes or how to put them away correctly. Honestly, don't bother ever going into this Old Navy, your money would be better spent at Gap or even Walmart.
