The staff is genuinely welcoming every time I walk in, especially Alicia and Nancy. They consistently go above and beyond to help me find the perfect outfit for whatever I need. If they don't have my size, they happily order it without hesitation. Their kindness, patience, and willingness to help every customer really stand out. I highly recommend shopping here, it's always a great experience!

The right boot started falling apart in no time. I returned in the fourth month for them to only tell me that they have fired all their old staff and rehired all new employees and that if they were to even consider swapping my faulty boots out they would need the original recipe from the date of purchase and nothing else would suffice. Bear in mind that these are Cody James boots, a Boot Barn special. Now I am in construction but nothing that would heavily damage my shoes, the last pair I had, of a different better brand, lasted me over two years. I've grown up going here but this is the last time I'll be visiting them for anything.

I am incredibly upset with the lying little you know what - who called herself "Bianca." I wanted my partners money reimbursed to his card for clothing that I received as a bday gift. Upon the request of an employee, I put the receipt on the counter with the items i was to return while i tried on clothes to see about doing an exchange. Nothing really fit me right, and because I didnt have my partners card which he used to make the purchase, "Bianca" couldn't do the return. I asked for my receipt back, and was told it was "lost, but when i came back in with the card they would still honor the reimbursement...they could look up the purchase with the card he used." It was their fault that the receipt was lost. I was skeptical, and asked for her name in case there was a problem... and of course, IT WAS. So when the return was attempted again by my husband, the manager/owner wouldn't honor "Biancas" words. She claimed nobody named bianca worked there, and when she looked up my husbands name in the system the items were never logged with the purchase. For this being our first experience as customers, i am shocked by the lies, and the attitudes. I have half the nerve to go there and wait for "bianca" to show up for her shift so we can have this discussion again, with the right person present. THIS KIND OF CONDUCT CRUMBLES SMALL BUSINESSES!

Our realtor recommend J Jill, which neither of us had heard about. We easily found the store in the Old Mill Center. It was your typical retail shop, except for the tray of healthy snacks and water set out for the hubs along with two comfy armchairs, and the superb staff. I was directed to the areas where I would find what I was looking for, and once I stared gathering goodies, the staff started a dressing room for me. I asked how many I could take and heard as many as you like. As I was trying on the staff returned to ask if I needed help. I chose a few items and asked for other colors in the best fitting ones. I was directed to the catalog. They even offered to order for me and ship to my home. This shop is a national chain that specializes in women's wear from XS-XXL -- tasteful, classic, mature styles in wonderful colors. The other shoppers were clearly return customers who praised my selections because they had also purchased these items and liked them. We were lucky to walk in on the first day of a sale, but the prices were reasonable on the non-sale items, too.

Friendly staff that offer to see when new shipments are coming in if there is something missing on their shelves that you were searching for. I only wish this store had more room to move around and explore the goods. I trusted in her and always enjoy finding new potential shops I'll like.. so I headed over! My first steps into the shop and I knew I was going to be loving it. The style of the interior, along with the clothing, accessory options.. phenomenal. So many different styles and sizes, fabrics. The customer service was also amazing, so friendly and made me feel so welcome! I was a little worried if I would find something in my size, my body has grown a bit over the last year and I hadn't treated myself to much new clothing since.. they carried a top here that I fell in LOVE with and flattered my body type perfectly. Everyone here treated me like a king. The level of professionalism, friendliness, and kind gesture was unmatched. Flying around the country is a rewarding experience. My time in Bend was incredible, especially when I visited the Nike Store. No tax! Wait, what? No taxes on sneakers. Give me a few pairs haha :). If you're in the area, I highly recommend you make a stop here for an hour and carefully take time to walk the store. The sneaker selection here was unlike any other Nike store I visited outside the Seattle location. I was in awe during my time in-store. Next time I'm in the area, I'll make sure to stop by and say, "hello." 2025 & beyond.

Customer service is dead. I drove all the way to Bend w a gift card I accidentally scraped PIN off…read moreon. Still has a swipe stripe. I would give a one star rating, but that would be charitable. Girl in store says she cannot use it without a PIN, and I have to call customer service - asked her if she could do that, nope. If she had, she would have been instructed to use swipe stripe in back. Drove home, called customer service and they said swipe stripe on back in store would suffice! Grrrr How much fuel, inconvenience, and parking angst all for $50 when I shop there regularly. Nothing offered as a consolation. Bend is hard enough to drive through as it is, parking is a Nightmare at Old Mill, guess we need more people to move here then wonder why it's not paradise anymore.
