I needed a computer to use with a hot spot while we traveled. Joe did not tell me the the computer he recommended was ten years old and a used computer. T-Mobile tried to set it up so that it would work with their hot spot but it was too old to to use with a hot spot. T-Mobile let me know that the computer I got from Quickstart was 10 years old and would not work with the newer programs. When I returned to talk with Joe about this problem and find out why he had not told me the computer was used and ten years old; he said that he had. Not true. I would not have bought a ten year old computer that would not work for what I needed it to do. When I wanted to return the computer, Joe said that I was charged $283 for data transfer and would only refund me $185 for the computer. He had never given me an invoice with the purchase. When I accessed my credit card records, I paid $385 for the computer and $75 for the data transfer. I kept the computer but it doesn't work to do the things I purchased it for.
