My computer hadn't been able to connect to WiFi for 2 years and I was skeptical about paying money to fix it. I was able to get my computer in the same day for FREE DIAGNOSIS which wasn't offered at other shops. I really wish there was an option for ZERO MF STARS. THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE AND SERVICE I HAVE EVER GOTTEN BY FAR. I went to get 2 iPhones and a computer with this company. On the computer all I had was a broken LCD from inside the screen and when I got my computer back I had it fixed but ended up with A broken mic and the screen is falling off!!! With the 2 iPhones I had an iPhone XR and an IPhone 8. The iPhone 8 had a cracked screen and we ended up getting back the camera all fucked up and it glitches out and still does!!! On the iPhone XR we need to get the inside of the screen fixed and ended up with having a fucking light appear on the top where the speaker is at and camera and they said it was normal???? Wtf is wrong with you guys! Also speaker was mis placed and didn't even work!!! And some how these dumbasses fucked up the Face ID. I swear I would sue this on ace if I could. My computer was running slowly, freezing and overall acting like it was dying. A friend recommended I take it to Willtech, after I had a totally unsatisfactory experience with a Sunriver computer company. My computer is now virus, trojan and malware free and runs like a scared rabbit! I'm so happy! Willtech completely checked out the health of my computer, explained all my options, then installed a new blazing fast hard drive, explained everything he did (including leaving my previous hard drive installed for extra storage since there was room) and for a totally reasonable price. Ridiculous. I bought a used laptop from this place. I looked at it and started it and it worked fine. The next day after l decided to purchase it after shopping around. I got to the car started it and the battery was dead. It took 4 days to get a new battery and they wouldn't refund my money so I waited. $395.... A few months later the computer would not connect to WIFI. I took it in and they fixed it for $80. It happened again 6 months later. I took it in and waited for 5 days to have it fixed. It worked in the shop but did not work w hen I got it home. I called and was told to bring it back in. I did and waited 4 more days only to hear "nothing is wrong with it." It still was not working . I asked to see the owner and he was not in. I came back the next day. The owner was in and talking to a friend. He finally recognized my presence. I asked him if he would look at my computer. He said no he didn't need to there was noting wrong with it his assistant already informed him of this. I started it there in the office and it didn't connect. I told him I had paid $80 for the second time to have the same thing repaired. He remarked with a shitty grin on his face "i don't know what to tell you". His friend was still standing there and they both laughed as I left the store. Moral of the story....I should have listened to my wife.... You get what you pay for. I could have spent $565 towards the new computer I purchased from a reliable source that believes in customer service. read more

Yelp needs more stars. My computer was just doing it's own thing and suddenly it died. I'm somewhat computer savy, must be the Power Supply right. That's the most obvious thing to crap out. I took it to Willstech because I hate rooting around inside a several thousand dollar desktop and talked with Robert to buy a new power supply. He says - Yep - it's probably the power supply BUT let's make sure. Thankfully he was thorough. Turns out the motherboard was toast and the pwoer supply was fine. Shouldn't have happened but hey - that's life. No charge for the half our of his time checking out the computer. Bought a replacement motherboard and brought it to him this morning. He installed it and I'm back up and running an hour later. I can't recommend a place any higher than this. These folks know their stuff and are amazingly fast at fixing this. I asked them to install Ubuntu unity on my dell XPS 13 laptop. They tried to install it but then realized there was a chip-set incompatibility, which, if true, they could have easily looked up. They charged me $5 dollars over the price they quoted me in the first place (not a big deal but it adds insult to injury) without any explanation or apology. When I got the computer back it had a bunch of random desktop applications, the wallpaper featured the Willstech logo, and they reset every browsers homepage to their website.
