On top of this, the owner or manager of the company offered to put a used processor out of his own personal computer that is several years old into our computer... And to complete my great service with this company, the screen is still broken and the cooling fans were never actually replaced, it still has the old fans inside it after taking the laptop apart myself. Do NOT go to this company, just buy a new computer... I spent $650 on this repair and could have boughten a new laptop of same version or slightly newer for just a couple hundred dollars more. Also, our repair took over two months!!! This company Sucks!

Unfortunately that's before I was sold on one service, and then slipped a contract for a different service that operates at 1/10 the speed and locked into a 2 year contract. I'm a business owner, not a network engineer. A difference like that needs to be explained before just giving me a bait and switch inside of a contract. When I reached out to try and come to a resolution I was Chastised by my sales person Doug because I contacted the wrong account manager who coincidentally seemed to be the only person willing to help. After that I simply wanted to be let you of the contract I was tricked into agreeing to. Today I was informed that the cancellation cost would be over 4 thousand dollars. I'm absolutely sick to my stomach over the experience, and can't believe its happening from a local company inside of Bend.

I only wish I had known about them sooner. They ROCK. The speed and reliability of the service are the best I have ever encountered. The internet itself is excellent, but what really sets Webformix apart is the company's GREAT attitude toward service. The staff is genuinely helpful, genuinely responsive, and genuinely super kind. That may sound simple, but it is not something I have often found in Bend, Oregon.... or really anywhere else in the United States. The people at Webformix seem to actually like helping people. Their service is immediate, and effective. I have honestly never seen anything quite like it. It almost seems too good to be true. But it is true. The internet service is the best I have ever had. The company is the best internet company I have ever dealt with. And, on top of all that, the price is lower than any internet service I have had before. They generously reward customers for referring other customers to them. They are proactive and go out of their way to ensure their clients are satisfied and well informed. They will not try to sell service to you if the signal is inadequate, and that is very different from my experience with other companies like Tmobile, Century Link, and Spectrum. The set up and service costs are dramatically lower than starlink. I am so glad we made the move.
