BEWARE!! I brought my car in to replace the regulator on my side window. I was told no more then 2 hrs. 4 1/2 later door still not fixed ( now need a motor) I was informed that they scratched the tint on the window really bad. The guy that was working on my car Christopher decided to leave in the middle of his shift so a new guy training was doing the work. I was told to bring my vehicle back on Monday to replace the motor & tint. Frank stated no more than 2 hrs. It has now been over 4 hrs now. I have been told for the last 2 hrs it's just about done. Christopher who claims yo be a senior citizen at 54 has done nothing but verbally abuse this 67 yr old woman. While sitting in their filthy office with my head down he comes in and starts giving me shitcabout being impatient then calls the police because at this point I'm getting pissed getting lied to all morning. If I had enemies I wouldn't even refer them to this place. read more

I had glass shower doors installed By Break Away Glass. Staff and owner support was great. When a problem with the glass arose, they readily came to the rescue, replaced the glass without charge, and were very responsive and professional. Would definitely use this company again! read more

I called to see if they could seal the window on my Bronco and they were able to get it done in a timely fashion. Very reasonable price and very friendly service. They also do residential glass, we will be looking to have a shower door installed soon. Thank you Break Away Glass, my experience was excellent! 5 stars! read more

Went to Break Away Glass for a bypass shower door to match the master shower they installed in our home (builder choice). They answered the phone quickly, came out the next day to measure and the new door was installed Monday. The whole process took 3 business days. Happy with the result and quick service! Also found the price to be fair and reasonable. read more

Break Away Glass - Bypass shower door, flat black - Auto Glass Services Near Me - Bend, Oregon

Fast, professional, friendly service. This is the first shop I considered because it's really close to where I work. I called on a Friday at the end of the day. An actual friendly human being answered the phone, not a robot switchboard operator. They got my windshield in-stock by Monday scheduled me for an appt. on Tuesday. That's basically TWO business days, they got it done. Installed while I waited. 35-40 minutes maybe. Easy. I actually made an appointment with another auto glass shop first (rhymes with Kaskade Otto Glass) because my buddy recommended them. Once I foughty my way through their robot switchboard hell, they told me they couldn't get to me for another SEVEN business days, and they weren't shy about being annoyed when I asked for an appointment in the afternoon. (I work for a living, I guess that inconveniences THEM). Once I confirmed Break Away could do it sooner. I cancelled this original appointment (they didn't even ask why, and didn't seem to care). It's reallly hard to get friendly, personal service nowadays. I'm glad I went with Break Away. read more

My Jetta got broke into, some rocket scientist smashed 3 of my windows to get some things they must have really needed. I called a few glass services and they were rude and short with me (looking at you Cascade Auto). Once I called up Break Away Glass they were able to get me in within a week, and actually had 2 of the 3 windows ready to go. The third was a quarter panel that's very difficult to get and they got it in shortly after the first two got fixed. Colt is a master at what he does. His customer service is excellent and he cares. I absolutely recommend Break Away Auto. 10 out of 5 stars. read more

Recently we had a windshield replaced by Break Away Glass Co. While the workmanship on the repair was fine, the service of the person who did the repairs was rude and unacceptable. There were two gentlemen working on our vehicle, but we only talked with one. This individual refused to socially distance or wear a mask and repeatedly moved uncomfortably close to both me and my husband, requiring us to step backwards many times. When I say "close," I mean less than two feet. Additionally, the man referred to me as "sweetie" and "girl," repeatedly. This was insulting, misogynistic, and demeaning (my title is "Dr." and I am in my 50s). I would NEVER use this company again. The work was fine, the service was horrid. read more

Very fast service and nice people! I was on vacation in Oregon and needed to replace the windshield in my 2017 Subaru Outback. Farmers Insurance found these folks for me and they were able to get the Subaru-made windshield so that I could come in the next day and have it replaced while I waited. So easy, no stress, comfy waiting area. I got the feeling they really cared about me and my car. read more

Easily the best price I could find. Needed a window replaced in the car, called seven shops and this was the best price by far. They had the window the next day and even came to my house to install it at no extra charge. Colt, the Installer was top notch, obviously knew his stuff and did a thorough job removing broken glass and lubricating the slides with silicone. Thanks! read more
