The problem came when on delivery when they unwrapped the windows there was a chip in a largest pane and a broken screen on a smaller window. No fault of this installer. They told us that they would arrange for the repair through Milguard's warranty. This was mid-March. Mid-May and we still hadn't heard anything. So we started calling. We were told a few different things each time we called. A manager would call us back- they never did. It was up to Milguard and they had no control- turned out not to be true. I even asked them at that time, if I needed to call Milguard if they could just point me in the right direction, again no returned call. Finally last week (late June) my husband went in person. That day I got an email from Milguard stating the ticket had been created. 3 months and multiple phone calls and they had never even put in the ticket. Once the ticket was put in the screen was ordered and shipped within 2 days through Milguard. If anyone had ever bothered to call us back, we probably could have figured this out the first time we called. And mistakes happen, we would have understood. But being told things that were not true and having no follow up was not acceptable. 5 stars for product and installation. 0 stars for follow up with customer service. Cannot recommend. We had 8 more windows and a slider to replace, needless to say we will look elsewhere.

They took my $289 inspection fee and I went somewhere else to get the job done for $500 less, including a better garage door spring manufacturer. He was in the area passing out flyers and offered to set us up with an appointment for n inspection and estimate (we got our roof checked out, too). While the windows are a bit on the spendy side, the quality is unlike any other window I've ever seen and I LOVE that my windows look like real wood instead of white plastic like all the others I've seen in the area. They look so classy and I cannot get over how efficient they are. Even with this crazy 90-100* heat, I haven't had to run the A/C nearly as much as I was the weeks before they were installed. We still have more windows to replace down the line and I am 100% certain we will go with DaBella again. About the roof--the salesman/estimator we had the appointment with (he was also the manager) was kind enough to check out our roof and even checked the attic for leaks, mold, etc. and told us we DON'T need a roof right now. He pointed out one small area that needed a tiny repair and recommended a local handyman. That's right. He could have made a(nother) sale (and, let's be honest, I would have believed him if he'd said it needed done), but, instead, he was honest and showed that there really is a difference between this company and the other guys. A few years ago we had Webfoot install heat cables on our roof in Bend, OR…read more The first year the Bend winter was mild thus we did not need to use the cables to remove snow from our roof. However, the next winter had more snow. We turned on the cables and noticed that there was no snow being removed from our roof. When we called Webfoot to let them know that the cables were not working as promised; they had a representative who came out to visit us. He told us that Webfoot was not responsible for the incorrect sizing of the cables as they hired a sub contractor as the electrician. Basically they said, "tough luck" your on your own. We removed the cables when we added a new roof the next year. I would not recommend Webfoot for any of their services as they told us that it was our responsibility, not Webfoot's. A waste of money.
