Great experience from start to finish. I bought a home that didn't have screens and I reached out to Bend On-site screening through Yelp. I quickly got a response back with a reasonable quote and was scheduled. The final cost ended up being less than quoted, which was a pleasant surprise, and the screens are perfectly installed including a sliding back door. These guys are awesome squared. Took a half dozen screens in to be re-screened mid-day on a Friday and was pleased to hear they would be ready the next biz day (Monday) at 10am. A couple hours later I had a VM telling me they were ready and I would not have to suffer through the hot weekend with no screens. Winner winner chicken dinner. Dad is going to be a hero tonight. I arrived just before closing to pick them up and remembered that I forgot to ask them to duplicate one of the screens to replace a frame that was beyond repair. Despite the fact that they were trying to close down for the weekend, 5 minutes later I had the new screen and was on my way. This place is a mess, had to visit multiple times to pick up a screen because either they are on a week vacation or don't take credit cards. Even Yelp says they take cards... Website hasn't been updated since 2020 and today tried calling them but the phone's went to voicemail with a vacation message even though they are clearly open. read more

Started off well but went downhill quickly! We spent over $5K and a month later the outdoor screen stopped working! I contacted the company and the person who answered the phone or text was terrible. I was asked HOW I got their email and she was very confused. I have had multiple calls with her and she was very confused and rude. When the owner came out he was SUPER ANGRY that we even complained about her! I thought he was going to throw a punch! I will be taking this to the Better Business Burreau. He needs anger management classes! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Over $5K spent and the product goes bad! Unacceptable. The person who answers the phone and text messages on multiple occasions was confused, didn't call back for hours, and would explain her busy day and was unprofessional! Go to Lowes! read more

While the work was adequate, the attitude, rudeness and curtness were not. I'm not accustomed to this in friendly Bend and it was quite surprising. Because of a scheduling error on my part, I double-booked the window cleaning with the screen repair. We worked it out, so that they did not come at the same time, which was abhorrent to the screener because he didn't like the cleaning company and said they were competitors. I apologized, of course, but this, apparently, was an unforgivable error and set the tone for everything that followed. I'm not sure why I gave this company another chance, because I did remember that they weren't very friendly last time, but this cinches it. There are other options. The "competitors" were quite friendly, by the way. It's Crystal Clear where I should go next time I need screens repaired. read more

I dropped off my screen door on Tuesday, 4/20/21, I did not receive a call on Wednesday 4/21 as I was told or Thursday, I then called Thursday morning and was told me it was ready and I told her I'd see her that afternoon, when I get there at 5:40pm and notice the screen still had my old wheels on it, she stated "if their not broke we don't replace them and pull out my card to pay $140 she states "cash or check" only, an argument ensued do to me not being told, "cash only" so I left stating I'd be back the next day. At 5:10 Sam called me and stated he didn't appreciate my tone and informed me, "she states to everyone cash only and there are signs posted" he stated he was taking my $10 discount away do to my behavior so; the price is now $150 and I better be nice when I pick it up. #1 As a business you assume the customer is always right #2 You call the customer and apologize there was a communication error. #3 You do not call a customer on how to behave. #4 You don't be punitive financially do to disagreement. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE And for the record Cary's childless response and his voicemail he left me this morning stating to call and threatening I may or may not get my screen back, the apple doesn't fall far from the tree, get some customer service training and learn how to treat your customers and acknowledge your business errors. We ordered a roll-up screendoor and had window screens made on 5/15/20. Screen door was installed without the proper bracket using a temporary 2 x 4 to get the screen door installed and useable for the summer and they re-ordered the mounting bracket. We received no communication so we called 08/24/20 to see what the holdup was and were informed the wrong part had been delivered twice and they still didn't have the correct bracket. We asked for communication re: status in the future. I called 9/16/20 and was informed that I would get a call back--never happened. I called 9/23/20 and asked for a call back--still waiting. If this sounds like good service or "perfection" as the owner says he strives for, go for it. The rest of us would have to say this is terrible service and I wish I had never dealt with them! read more

When Carey (the owner) arrived, he did not introduce himself and seemed to be in a rush. I attempted to slow him down and pull him aside to explain the home owner has cognitive impairment and I would prefer to be involved in the decision process. He was rude, non apologetic and said " I would like to do the job, but I don't need the job". I have used them 2x before and referred them many times. Today was such a disappointment.
