Very glad to have my new windows! Everything went smoothly from first eval to finish. The crew that did the install arrived on time, worked quickly and left everything looking amazing! Thank you Roberto, Michael, Carl, Zac and Patrick!! read more

We were disappointed with Lifetime Windows. They seem to be nice people, but the communication is poor, their workmanship is not what we expected from a Window/Door company. We had a damaged door and damaged window installed poorly and caulk job done poorly. The team that walked into our house was unprofessional--did not execute as they promised. I think consumers have the right to know this, as many of them heavily rely on reviews before spending thousands of dollars. read more

We highly recommend The Blind King. Cody's expertise--backed by over a decade of experience--truly shows in his work. He was a pleasure to work with from start to finish, making this one of the most seamless parts of our move into our new home. Cody guided us to the perfect blind selection, took precise measurements during his in-home visit, and the entire process was quick and efficient. From placing the deposit to installation, everything was completed within two weeks--with no mess, no delays, and no excuses. Just great service and excellent results. The final product looks fantastic, and we're especially pleased with the Norman blinds, which offered exceptional quality at a fair price. We feel we received outstanding value and wouldn't hesitate to work with Cody again or recommend him to others. read more

Top notch from start to finish! The estimate and start date were accurate. The work was done and no cleanup on my part was required. The new windows and doors are beautiful! I would highly recommend! read more

My wife and I had exceptional service throughout the process of having 8 windows replaced by members of the Bend Team, including Hunter and Antonia with the initial interactions and contracting work, and Hunter on the close-out; then on to Carl, Roberto, and Michael who provided the installation. They were exceptionally courteous, kind, friendly, and responsive; worked really well together as a team, and excellent in their craft. They needed some extra help on day 2, and Antonio jumped in to help out. We couldn't be more pleased. read more

We had these guys come out to replace our old windows. The difference it made to the climate inside the home is shocking. The air feels so much more calm and comfortable. I didn't realize how drafty the old windows were. If every contractor had guys like Justin and Antonio we'd be lucky. Quick installation. Clean during and after without tracking a bunch of mud and dirt through the house (which is uncommon). If we have any more door or window needs it'll be this company. read more

We had several double-pane windows and sliding glass doors with broken seals in a two story 1996 vintage house. We contacted Lifetime Windows & Doors in Bend, Oregon. Cameron came out, measured the problem windows and doors, and provided a cost estimate. Due to a break in schedule, they were able to provide repairs much earlier than originally planned. Carl, Roberto, Zach, Justin, and Michael did the installation with care and exceptional attention to detail. Excellent work on the installation and cleanup by all the crew got the job done quicker than we expected. I would be happy to recommend the Bend office and installation crew to anyone who is building new or repairing older houses, offices, etc. read more

I don't know. I have used these guys twice. Bend Store doesn't seem to all be in the same page. Slow to make contact. A little trash talk on former coworker. Just kind of rude all the way around. But will see how it goes if I get a call back. Will update. read more

We had some really old windows in our home that really needed replaced. Sean, Kyle and Robert replaced 4 windows and did a great job. They were professional and finished sooner than expected. We are very pleased with the great service. read more

Lifetime Windows replaced all the windows and sliders on our Sunriver home. Greg, Hunter and team were friendly and knowledgeable through the whole process. They had very competitive pricing and a lot of options to choose from. They even let us know about a rebate from our gas company for getting new windows that we would have totally missed. One thing I really liked was that the installers are Lifetime employees. This is a second home and we weren't there during install so it was nice to know the installers weren't random contractors that Lifetime used for the job. The windows we had before were original to the home and with the new windows, you can really feel a difference inside the house. I'm also looking forward to seeing the reduction in our heating expenses! Thank you, Lifetime! read more

We replaced twelve 25 year old windows, a number with broken seals. The sales person was knowledgeable and answered all our questions about choosing options. The installer team was on time, worked around our plantings, always let us know what to expect, and was amazingly tidy. All the old windows got hauled off. The install was able to be completed in two days instead of the planned three, so they were very efficient too. I'd definitely recommend this company! read more

Lifetime Windows and Doors recently replaced all the windows in our home and we are very pleased with the results. All of the staff we worked with were polite and professional. Sean and Kyle, the installers, were exceptional. They let us know what to expect each day, cleaned up the work areas when they finished, and installed window trim that makes our old house look much nicer. We really appreciated how quickly they worked in the cold weather and that they kept disruption to a minimum. They were very tolerant of our dogs, who barked at them as much as possible. We would not hesitate to recommend Lifetime. read more

Great service. Very personable installers. Efficient and very clean work. we're very happy with the new windows. Home is noticeably warmer, less drafty. Kudos to Hunter, Antonio, Sean, Kyle and Adrian. read more

Great service from start to finish. Collier gave us the original bid and was extremely knowledgeable and professional when assessing what was needed in our 1930's Westside bungalow. We were updated along the way regarding the timeline for our order which helped us in planning for the install. Kyle and Sean were the installers that did an amazing job. They dealt with replacing several "original" single pane windows with some awesome high end, energy efficient windows that look fantastic, and other "older" windows (12 total). We would recommend Lifetime Windows as we know that it will be done right the first time! My friend says this review sounds too professional. I have been in sales for over 40 years, and that's who I am! They are great! read more

Thank you so much Sean and Kyle, you guys kicked butt and made a crummy water rotted area not only look amazing but the repair and quick thinking made the new sliding door work flawless! I'll recommend you to everyone! read more

We appreciate the service we received from Lifetime when we had to replace one window in our house. From our first inquiry, to the bid, scheduling and installation we experienced professional, knowledgeable employees and prompt service. Our installers, Antonio and Justin were great. They arrived on time, treated our home with respect, did a great job installing and left the site as they found it. We're happy to recommend them. read more

I would recommend lifetime, windows and doors to anybody in the Central Oregon area. Kameron, the sales rep was attentive to my needs, and my wants and helped me pick out the windows perfect for me. Hunter, Sean, Antonio, Rob and Adrian were very courteous, hard-working, and we're not put off by me asking questions as they were working. I will be going back and getting my doors and in about five years my roof done through lifetime, windows, and doors! Thank you to you all! read more

Sean and Adrian came out to replace 9 out of 10 windows on our rental property (the 10th window is a small bathroom window up high underneath a lean-to, very tightly up against it, so out of the sun's damage and didn't need to be replaced. But the wood framing around wasn't going to match the new wood so the guys offered to replace the wood frame "if they still had some material" after installing the other windows. Sure enough, they did a great job on the install, and even replaced the small bathroom window frame, and didn't charge me for it! Very easy to work with, kind and professional. I'd recommend them to everyone! Thanks Guys. read more

I cannot give Lifetime Windows & Doors enough kudos. We replaced our old vinyl windows with fiberglass and are amazed at both the craftsmanship of the windows (Milgard), the expertise of the Lifetime sales staff (Kameron Jensen) and our installers, Sean Cooper and Kyle Warner. Kameron was super patient with us as we struggled with styles and window materials. The fiberglass was more expensive but with the drastic shifts in Central Oregon weather - even within seasons - we decided that the durability of fiberglass would be superior to vinyl over the long haul. We also got confirmation from John at Lifetime that they could manage the install flow to reduce the risk of our cats escaping the house! When Kyle and Sean showed up, they were well prepared, personable, answered our questions, were professional and courteous, and did an amazing job - even with two devil windows that had been previously been replaced. It was a pleasure to have them in our home and hope to have them as part of our next Lifetime project. We could not be happier and are so glad for the referral (during a chance lunch encounter at a mediterranean restaurant in Happy Valley) to Lifetime. The house already feels tighter and I know we'll be enjoying the energy efficiency for decades to come. read more

These guys are on it. From the first visit to the completion. We had a great team of guys that worked very well together. We had 13 windows, 2 sliding doors, front door and gutters done. Once we saw how great the new windows are, we had another window we had originally opted out of. Cameron is a rock star, always available for questions or concerns. Very clean, organized and on time. Towards the end of our project, I noticed the lifetime truck at our neighbors. Don't think about it, just go with this company. read more

We live in Tumalo and were hit by the Giant Hail Storm in August 2019! Our large 9ft tall curved windows had to be replaced. I first met with Shawn, who is so down to earth and professional. His follow up was perfect! All Milgard replacement windows were order and just installed, 2 weeks ago by Brando and Carl. The day the work began it had to one of the coldest days of Nov. and they started at 9 a.m. and didn't leave until all of the 3 sets of windows were installed. Now with the recent snow storm we can really tell a difference in our new windows. Our home is much warmer and they look beautiful! Lifetime IS THE ONLY Company you should consider calling for new windows and or Doors...The employees go above and beyond what is expected of them! Thank you so much for a job well done. read more

I called Lifetime Windows & Doors about replacing some "builder grade" windows with Milgard windows. We were very impressed with Brandon and the professionalism and speed of setting up our installation date. It's refreshing to witness professional workmen that have such pride in the quality of work. Thank you for extending a Veteran's discount also. Lee and Geri Roseno read more

We had this company replace our patio door for a patio slider. They had the best price out of the 3 estimates I received. It took 2 months for the door to come but it was worth the wait. Kyle, Zack, and Robbie worked for 4 days replaced 13 windows, and 1 slider. Excellent care to detail, made sure they covered everything with plastic, furniture included. They removed their shoes at our request when working inside. Very professional and very nice to be around. Kyle and Zack had very good ideas on the finish work around tile border of kitchen window, guest bathroom window, and slider area. We paid extra for the finish work, but it was worth it. We are very pleased with their work, and would highly recommend them to anyone! Thanks for the job well done! Walter and Kathy S. (A couple in our late 60's) with old school standards! read more

Tim and the team at Lifetime Windows and Doors are amazing! I met them at the SR Home Show in the Village a few years ago and held onto their info until we were ready to replace. Our home is a chalet-style home, so I thought custom windows would be more difficult... but it wasn't! We replaced seven doors and windows. Even though we live in the Portland area and our vacation home is in Sunriver, the communication process was great. As a matter of fact, we did this project during the cold/rainy spring and never saw the windows till they were completely installed. Good price point as well. We are so VERY happy with this project and can't wait to complete the rest of the house with new Lifetime windows. Thanks Tim! read more

I contacted Collier here in Bend, OR about getting all the windows in my house replaced and discovered a couple places where the siding had failed. He wrote up a quote and to my amazement because the owners are Veterans they afforded me a discount for being a Veteran. I signed a contract and scheduled the window replacement in mid-January 2024. As fate would have it we had about a foot of snow, freezing rain and temperatures in the teens. Despite that, the crew of Hunter, Sean, Kyle and Antonio showed up on a Tuesday on time on the day they promised and got to work right away and finished a third of the job in freezing temperatures. They had to take Wednesday off because of freezing rain, frigid temperatures and icy roads but came back Thursday and Friday to finish the job with temperatures in the mid-teens. The crew was a joy to work with...they never complained, had a great sense of humor yet were very professional and worked hard every day to finish the job on the day they promised. I talked to the scheduling supervisor Greg on that Thursday morning about coming back the following week to finish because it was supposed to be in the 40's but he told me they wanted to stay on schedule and finish the job for me that week. I would highly recommend Lifetime Windows and Doors to anyone looking to have their windows and/or siding replaced because they were professional, dedicated and amazing to work with. read more

Had our windows replaced right before Thanksgiving. Entire process was smooth and painless. We started with Kameron, who provided great service with our quote and answered all of our questions. He even went what I feel was above and beyond, by making the price work for us for some interior trim that didn't quite fit in our budget. The office was very communicative prior to the installation. Once installation came around, Adrian and Mike kept up the great service that the office team started. The guys were professional and friendly, and did stellar work. The entire experience would lead me to recommend them to anyone needing new windows. read more

I just had all of the windows in our home replaced. I got an estimate from Home Depot for Milgard windows. Their price was fair, but the sales staff was just not very knowledgeable and we would have to use one of their contractors, with no idea about the quality of the work. I called Lifetime and Kameron Jensen came to assess the job, discuss cost, and explain the differences of the various window features in detail. He explained exactly what steps the installers would take to install them to last a lifetime. I was impressed! I placed my order in June, with installation planned for the end of September. Liz kept in touch and then scheduled a date. The crew (Adrian, Mike, and Carl) arrived on time and did a phenomenal job, including clean-up at the end. They were friendly, quick, accurate, and very careful to protect my home. It doesn't get any better! On a scale of 1 to 5, I would give Lifetime Windows & Doors a 10! read more

I see that Lifetime Windows is entering the Bend market and wanted to repost my assessment of their work on my house in Vancouver, WA (out of their Milwaukie, OR location). We had an oversized front wondow that did not have any sliders on it and wanted to replace it with a custom one with multiple sliders so we could get better air flow through our small house. We met with Tim and after considering a few options and window types, selected one window with 3 sections- of which two were sliders. The cost was in line and since I am a long time claims adjuster I was very familiar with Milgard quality windows. The primary reason I used Lifetime was the fact their installers are employees of theirs. If I had a problem with the work I wouldn't get bounced around from the business owner to the installers with each blaming the other- I've been down that road before. So bottom line is a very good window, fair price, and a good installation. I have no complaints, recommend them and wish them well in Bend. read more
