I found out about Lifetime Windows & Doors through Costco and I have never regretted using them to make my house and rental feel like homes. I needed 16 windows installed in my 1920 house. I met Tim when he came out to measure all the windows and I was very impressed with him. He took the measurements then sent me an estimate over email shortly after stopping by. I got other bids from other window installers, whose prices might have been a little lower, but it was really the overall professionalism and great customer service that I got from everyone at Lifetime Windows that made me want to give them my money and time. Tim was always available to address any questions I had about the pricing and he also told me that I could take advantage of the various state and federal tax credits that would be available. I set up the appointment, they told me when the windows would arrive and offered dates for installation. I got a reminder call a couple days prior to the installation with instructions on how far to move items away from the window and an estimate of how long the process would take. On the day of installation they arrived on time and since I have an older house, they made sure to follow all the guidelines for dealing with lead based paint. All 16 windows were installed without any issues and the curb appeal of my house went up so much so that strangers walking by game me compliments about how the house looks so nice. Even my neighbors were impressed with how the windows stayed in the period of the house. What a difference great windows and proper installation make in regards to energy savings and visual appeal. We purchase 4 French Doors from LW&D and had them installed today. The account representative (Cameron) was very professional, knew his products very well, and coordinated the scheduling and installation flawlessly. The installation pros (Hunter & Antonio) were exactly that. They were cheerful, smart, respectful (while having to work around two not-so-helpful hounds!), courteous and nicely groomed. They worked steadily throughout both days, making sure that they didn't arrive too early, and also confirming that they would complete the allocated work by the end of the day to assure that the house would be enclosed. Their craftsmanship was superb, carefully attending to each minute detail and leaving "no stone unturned". They sweated each of the details, spotlessly cleaned up all work areas and took the time to discuss the installation, ask if we had any questions, and made sure we were completely satisfied. We recently contracted with Lifetime Windows and Doors to have seven windows replaced in our home and couldn't be more delighted with the results. There was a problem with the original window manufacturer, who lost our order, (and hundreds of others) and Lifetime Windows and Doors went beyond the call and contacted another company who quickly filled our order. These were not your standard size windows and being able to provide them so quickly really impressed. Lifetime provided the new windows, which were a better grade and more costly window, at no additional cost to us. The installers were timely, neat, polite and kept a very clean work area and cleaned up each evening before departing. We will be replacing our front door and big slider onto our deck in the very near future and without a doubt, we will be contacting Lifetime Windows and Doors for the job. We had Lifetime Windows and Doors replace all our aluminum framed windows from 1966. We replaced them with their Milgard vinyl windows. We also had them install a Milgard sliding glass door in one of the window slots. Kyle was the job supervisor with Zack, Matt & Adrian changing out over the 3-day project. With Collier doing the initial sales call. I cannot give Kyle and the crew high enough marks for the job that they did on the installation. The Redmond/Bend team did a fantastic job of installing all new windows in my home. The teams, Brandon, Carl and Cameron were amazing. They were prompt, worked hard all day and cleaned up before they left. It took two full days for the complete installation. At the end, Brandon took the time to show me how to remove and install the screens, how the windows can be adjusted and explained the warranty and how I could get in touch with the team if any problem should arise. Lifetime did a great job! From the estimates, measurements, to the men who installed the windows, all were great. They were extremely professional, came to the house promptly, protected our carpets and cleaned up afterward. They even helped link us with a painter to touch up after the installation. Hunter and Jacob installed our windows in our Old Mill home in March. They arrived on time for our scheduled day and were both super professional. We were scheduled for two days of installation but they were able to get the job done in one day which we appreciated because we have a baby due any day now.
