I had consulted Yelps AI about having some service work done on my garage door last week. Last Friday 8/8 cascade called to arrange an appointment for noon -2 today 8-13. Me being a responsible individual emailed this morning to make sure my apportionment for noon today 8/13 was still on, I had not heard any correspondence so I figured Id cross their T's and dot their I's, just in case. I did receive a prompt return email saying actually the appointment was between 2-4, not 12-2 as originally offer over the phone. Nonetheless, I'll take that, I'm here, tho since the initial offered appt was now being moved back 2 hours I emailed back stating if u can come earlier please do. Well @ 415 I decided to call, to be told that technician she thought had already been there?! So she called him, he said he called me and I canceled the service, now she was realizing she had put down 2 almost identical phone numbers down,(mind you I've had 3 separate phone calls 2 of which they called me) where we made correspondence with my #. Their best offer was rather only offer was they might be able to maybe make it out next week? Not first thing tomorrow, not right now, possibly, maybe next week, it's Wednesday of this week, not Friday! Thank you very little, but no thank you, pretty lame. read more

Of course our garage door broke Saturday morning of Memorial Day weekend! Decided it was worth calling an expert and due to the reviews about cascade I called. They are closed on the weekend but leave an emergency number/ no this wasn't an emergency but we live south of sunriver and didn't want to wait if they didn't cover the area. I texted the number and someone responded within 5 minutes!!! He wanted pics a description and said he would be there Thursday! They came 3 hours early which was amazing as we were trying to get out of town and had asked the gal that scheduled us if anything was available earlier we would love that. Super professional two guys, had it done within 45 minutes and really friendly! Highly recommend this business for their responsiveness, professionalism and after hours handling of our issue!!!! I admit it. I backed into my own garage down. I have excuses, but none of them are good. The fact is at 3 degrees outside while it was actively snowing my car was stuck in my garage which was half way stuck. I called and they had someone come out within a few hours who fixed it on the spot. Cascade Garage Door provided next day service on what I thought was a bad motor. It would not raise or lower and seemed to be locked in place. Emergency cord was no use. It turned out to be shifting of the foundation of the building, resulting in over tightening of the door rails on the building. I would've never thought of that. My tech was awesome in discovering that and fixing it on all my doors. Highly recommended. read more

Someone in our house, we won't name names (there's only 2 of us who drive and it wasn't me), drove into the garage without the door fully up and the roof box on top of the car.... It ripped the door off the tracks and trashed the bottom two panels.  I called Cascade and they actually sent someone that evening, less than an hour from when I called.  They got it working again.  They ordered and installed the replacement panels, which took a few weeks, and recommended a great painter.  It looks like new. Well done!! I'd send my grandmother to these guys. I had an "opportunity" to use this service... again... we will not name names but someone drove our car into the garage door... again... I needed a new handle for my garage door. I called, and Jessica was so helpful. I sent her a picture of my broken handle and she tried to find one of the same dimensions. She sent me a photo of one they had, but unfortunately it wouldn't fit the same screw holes as mine. Jessica took the time to hear what I needed, suggested the photo to save me a trip. He showed up promptly and repaired my door quickly and efficiently. He also went out of his way to tune up and lubricate my other garage door while he was here. They had a tech come to inspect the spring in in the morning and the work was completed before the end of the day. Great service!! Two years ago we moved into our house and the garage door was sticking. We called Cascade Door and he immediately knew it was too much tension on the torsion bar and he adjusted it and said "I guarantee it." 3 weeks ago the torsion bar broke/failed. The owner of Cascade Door came out the same day we called him. He immediately knew what the problem was. He freed our car from the garage and upgraded the torsion bar to a spring that same day. And, he explained the difference of quality between his preferred parts vs what was used when these homes were put up 9 years ago during the housing boom. What an amazing company! I can't say enough about them. I called on a Monday afternoon at 2pm because our garage door was not wanting to shut anymore without holding the button on the control in the garage. Jessica sent a technician our that same day! He diagnosed the issue and said they'd need to replace a part, at this time it was 420pm so we set it up for the next day. They made did the replacement and the garage door works smoothly and much more quietly. Definitely recommend giving them a call for any garage door problems. They are amazing. read more

My garage door was installed improperly by Central Oregon Garage Door. The rail was secured to the drywall and it worked properly for 18 months before it finally tore away from the wall. I mistakenly called Cascade Door and they came out the same day and fixed it even though it wasn't their mistake. These are the guys to use! read more

We had them initially install some custom made wood garage doors for us 15 years ago and this was the first time we've ever had to call for service! They scheduled an appointment for the very next day (promptness like that can be rare in Bend) and called the next morning and actually came sooner than expected. Be careful! The new owner tried to sell me a garage door opener only a couple of years after previously installing one. He claimed the wood door needed a more powerful motor when in fact this was not the case & the old one works fine after minor adjustment by one of his workers. read more

I just wanted to write an update. Cascade came out months back and put a plastic garage door rain/ weather stripping on the floor/ seal of my garage door. I am so happy that it has totally worked! I used to get big pools of water in my garage when it rained, but this weather stripping has solved that problem and kept the water out. Thank you! read more

Cascade returned my call quickly, the installer (Kevin) came out the same day and replaced both springs on our door for a price that beat the other places (when they eventually returned our calls).
