Me being a responsible individual emailed this morning to make sure my apportionment for noon today 8/13 was still on, I had not heard any correspondence so I figured Id cross their T's and dot their I's, just in case. I did receive a prompt return email saying actually the appointment was between 2-4, not 12-2 as originally offer over the phone. Nonetheless, I'll take that, I'm here, tho since the initial offered appt was now being moved back 2 hours I emailed back stating if u can come earlier please do. Well @ 415 I decided to call, to be told that technician she thought had already been there?! So she called him, he said he called me and I canceled the service, now she was realizing she had put down 2 almost identical phone numbers down,(mind you I've had 3 separate phone calls 2 of which they called me) where we made correspondence with my #. Their best offer was rather only offer was they might be able to maybe make it out next week? Not first thing tomorrow, not right now, possibly, maybe next week, it's Wednesday of this week, not Friday! Thank you very little, but no thank you, pretty lame.

They came 3 hours early which was amazing as we were trying to get out of town and had asked the gal that scheduled us if anything was available earlier we would love that. Super professional two guys, had it done within 45 minutes and really friendly! Highly recommend this business for their responsiveness, professionalism and after hours handling of our issue!!!! Dan Blankenship replaced the bottom panel on a 4-panel door. The next day I noticed it was making…read morea thud noise when the door hit the bottom seal. The noise was coming from the right side of the door. I figured it was a roller needing silicone. That wasn't it. I called Dan's office and talked with Ali and she scheduled Nick to come out and take a look at it. He arrived and determined that only one screw had been used to hold up the entire bottom seal bracket. He removed 1/2 the seal and reattached the bracket and reaffixed it with several screws. It now works perfectly. These guys are geniuses when it come to diagnosing problems. If you have a door or door motor issue call Dan Blankenship to get the most amiable and professional workmanship imaginable.

The problem came when on delivery when they unwrapped the windows there was a chip in a largest pane and a broken screen on a smaller window. No fault of this installer. They told us that they would arrange for the repair through Milguard's warranty. This was mid-March. Mid-May and we still hadn't heard anything. So we started calling. We were told a few different things each time we called. A manager would call us back- they never did. It was up to Milguard and they had no control- turned out not to be true. I even asked them at that time, if I needed to call Milguard if they could just point me in the right direction, again no returned call. Finally last week (late June) my husband went in person. That day I got an email from Milguard stating the ticket had been created. 3 months and multiple phone calls and they had never even put in the ticket. Once the ticket was put in the screen was ordered and shipped within 2 days through Milguard. If anyone had ever bothered to call us back, we probably could have figured this out the first time we called. And mistakes happen, we would have understood. But being told things that were not true and having no follow up was not acceptable. 5 stars for product and installation. 0 stars for follow up with customer service. Cannot recommend. We had 8 more windows and a slider to replace, needless to say we will look elsewhere.
