This guy was a trooper for coming to bachelor at like 8pm but he's done it plenty of times before so it wasn't to major of a job or drive for him, I paid him $380+ for a brand new key to be cut and and he gave me 2 which was nice, he didn't finish and he came 2 days later to my house to redmond and finished it just being cut for the 2nd key or somthing that he didn't finish. But he took off my door panel and left my door knob on the outside very loose and it just pulls out every time lol so we're getting it fixed at chevy because he ignores our text and calls and hangs up every time we bring it up lol, He told me he would program a fob and made me think I was getting one for an extra $10 but he stop replying after he said he would come and program it because it's free for him to program it. Ended up with 2 cut keys which was awesome I can drive now but my handle is all messed up it pulls out from the framing of the door everytime I open it and I have no program key so it beeps every time I unlock the car from being locked and i have to start it or the alarm just keeps going! just sucks because he told me would do all this stuff and he did a half ass job ! thought we were cool keith... thanks for making me spend a pretty penny when It could've been solved easily read more

Keith fixed a super complicated French front door lock set on our Sunriver house. He saved us more than $1000 by not having to purchase a new lock in Portland. However now in 2019 I have requested quotes from Yelp and by phone for 2 separate instances without any response. I lost my only set of house keys and contacted Keith to re-key my doors which I expected would cost $300-$400 for 4 doors.
