There aren't enough stars to express how great my experience with Eric was. All of a sudden the key would not turn in the ignition of my Honda Ridgeline, and I had no idea what to do. He came out to my home in La Pine, and after seeing how much work went into the repair I was expecting a huge bill, and when he told me the cost I was shocked! It was more than reasonable, I actually felt guilty and argued with him that it wasn't enough! read more

Eric is a genuinely nice guy. Trustworthy and knowledgeable. Would absolutely recommend.

When we were locked out of the house in Sunriver, Oregon, I consulted Yelp reviews and found Eric of Sunriver Locksmith. Consistently 5 star reviews! We called him. As scheduled, Eric arrived on time, two days after we made the appointment. I needed a deadbolt hole along with a latch hole and a strike installed on a solid wood door. He accomplished this and then installed both a new door knob as well as the electronic dead bolt that I had previously purchased. HIs work was exemplary. His skill and experience were obvious. He was professional, expert, efficient and personable. The end product was just what I needed and the fee was more than reasonable. I recommend Eric without any hesitancy. If your project is in his service area, you need look no further than Eric for your locksmith needs. Dick P. read more

Called Eric to have him come out to the "sticks" to change locks and add deadbolts. He was honest and fair, and did a stellar job. Also very friendly with flowy conversation. Highly recommend him and his services. Thank you for your kindness and a job well done! read more

I called up Eric, got straight through, texted him some pictures of my two doors with lock issues (one was door alignment on a dead bolt and the other was a loose lock coming off the door). We set up an appointment for two days hence (there was no rush). He showed up on time (actually he had to wait a bit because I didn't hear the knock) and fixed both issues lickety split. Moreover he explained the problems to me clearly and even had time to sneak in a few fishing tales as well. I'd use again any time. read more

Thank you so much Eric for coming out and unlocking our car on our honeymoon!! I'll make sure my husband is in charge of the keys for the rest of the weekend. Fast, Friendly, Great Service. read more

Eric recently rekeyed all the locks to our home in Bend, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. He was on time, professional and friendly. He really knows his stuff. We chatted while he worked, and I got insights into lock history and terminology. Eric was able to consolidate our locks down to far fewer keys, and he even got our front door handle mechanics working more smoothly. It's always a pleasure to see a craftsperson in their element. 10/10, highly recommended. Thanks Eric! read more

Eric replaced a 28 year old handle on our front door. He is amazing and had to spend a lot of time figuring out what we should use to replace the old handle. He looks forward to a challenge and has a great attitude. He also is reasonable price wise and works hard for his customers. We would give him a 5 star recommendation Wayne and Susan L. read more

Eric came out and installed a new SMART lock on my front door (after making a few recommendations) and changed all my locks. He did a fantastic job! He took my appointment quickly, showed up on time and was professional, courteous, and really knew his stuff. I highly recommend Eric and Sunriver Locksmith! read more

Eric was honest, nice, and informative. We called every locksmith in town on a Sunday morning and all of them said they wouldn't be able to help us replace our car key. Sunriver Locksmith is one of the last listings you'll come across but he provides excellent service at a fair price! I couldn't recommend someone more. Five starts all around! read more

Highly recommended! I needed to get my Honda Odyssey remote key copied by someone who could update the chip. (I purchased a blank off Amazon but didn't have the equipment to set the chip.) The dealership would have charged me $275 for one key, and I paid Sunriver half that for two: the remote key and an extra non-remote. Sunriver was also very convenient. We met at a parking lot ten minutes away from the house, and he did it all on the spot. Took about 40 minutes, and he kept it interesting by educating me on locksmithing. read more

I called sunriver locksmith to rekey my house, consisting of 4 locks. Eric was at the house at the exact time promised ( a couple hours after I contacted him). Eric had the work done in a short time, even did an adjustment that I hadn't asked him to do but I am very grateful that he did. Very professional and pleasant. Will definitely use eric when ever needed. I give Eric 10 stars! read more

If I could give 10 stars I would! My house in Sunriver is for sale. The lockbox with key shorted out. The broker was out of town. The spare key was accidentally removed, and it's Labor Day with showings lined up! Within an hour there were spare keys made and placed for me, and doors opened. Showings are moving ahead. THANK YOU can't convey my gratefulness. Karen Margrave read more

Purchased a new home in Sunriver & needed to get it re-keyed. Other locksmiths were a week out but Erick, was there the next day. He showed up on time. He was professional, efficient & more than fair on pricing. He cleared the codes on a Bluetooth keyless entry & gave us a tutorial on how to use it. It was really a blessing not having to figure it out for ourselves. I would recommend Erick over ANY other locksmith in the area. He has defiantly earned our business. read more

Fast, friendly and a great price. Eric had great customer service and I will use again for sure. Thank you!!!

I called Eric to rekey my front door deadbolt after a potentially violent tenant moved out. He was to my house and finished in less than an hour. He was very relaxed and friendly and his energy put me at ease at a stressful time. After the job was done, we chatted as he ran my credit card and I thought to myself that he's the type of person who could make easy conversation with anyone. The job cost less than he estimated over the phone and the whole experience was quite pleasant. I'd call Eric even if I lived in Bend or LaPine. read more

We needed to have Eric make new keys to our car and he did so the same day we called! The keys were chipped so he had to link them to the theft system in our car. He made us 2 new keys for a very reasonable price (less than half what the dealer wanted & we'd have to get our car towed to them) including driving to us and finished in less than an hour. He's kind, courteous & does quality work. I highly recommend him. If I ever need a locksmith again I'll be calling him!! He even let us know that AAA might reimburse part of the cost (turned out to be true!). read more

Sunriver Locksmith was fast and professional. Reasonably priced and efficient! He went above and beyond changing locks I hadn't even thought of. We will use again. read more

Sunriver Locksmith is the best anywhere! Our guests arrived at our Sunriver home from Portland and were locked out. I called Sunriver Locksmith at 6:15, owner asked me to take a photo of my key (in Portland) and from that photo he made two copies of my key, drove to our Sunriver house to test them and within 45 minutes of my call to him, our guests were in the house! Amazing service, incredible technology, professional and courteous. Also such reasonable rates! This is an A+ Company!! read more

I live by myself in an RV with two pets, a dog and a parrot. My neighbors were gone three mornings ago when I had to go to the hospital. I took both sets of keys with me in the ambulance, but left my cell phone in the RV in my distressed state of mind due to the pain I was in. Lying in my hospital bed and worried sick about my animals, I thought about previous business I had done with him in regards to fixing door locks on a car of mine. He was personable and totally fair on his price unlike another locksmith I had dealt with before. Remembering this, I had a nurse look up his number on her cell phone, and I called explaining my situation. He promptly jumped on the situation with his wife and went to my RV over 20 miles from their house late in the evening and checked on my animals, cut a new key and left it in a lockbox for my neighbors who had come back home. All for a nominal price. Such rare business service and ethics this day and time where everyone wants to ring your pocketbook for everything they can get by with. read more
