I was locked out of my apartment and called Cy. He arrived within 15 minutes. My lock turned out to be quite tricky and my dog was barking at him from this inside the entire time. Cy stuck with it and Got me into my apartment and reunited with my dog. We used Cy's to re-key our new home after we purchased it. Once I told them I was a little uncomfortable taking the lock off the door myself (as well as leaving my home without a locked front door), they had no problem sending a tech the next day. While onsite, the tech pointed out an additional door and gate that should be re-keyed for safety reasons and was gracious enough to only charge me for one. He tested all the keys and the locks before leaving (including the spare key - which he made before I even thought to ask for one). Old fashioned service, timely techs, knowledgable staff - we will use them in the future for sure. read more

Couldn't ask for better. Locked my keys in my car with it running on a Saturday afternoon. They answered the phone right away, had a guy out to my house within 15 min. Took maybe 2 min to roll down my car window and unlock it, no damage to the car, for $40. Picked Cy's because they had the highest yelp rating among bend locksmiths. read more
