Bought 5 different door locks for the house and shops to be re-keyed and then charged me to change all the locks in the handles. Last I saw and knew, you can buy multiple locks with the same lock and not have to re-key them all. Cracked my door and said that he didn't do it, even though the crack goes right into where he installed a deadbolt. His craftsmanship is very poor completely botched a cut in the door jam. So ya, lesson learned.

The noise was coming from the right side of the door. I figured it was a roller needing silicone. That wasn't it. I called Dan's office and talked with Ali and she scheduled Nick to come out and take a look at it. He arrived and determined that only one screw had been used to hold up the entire bottom seal bracket. He removed 1/2 the seal and reattached the bracket and reaffixed it with several screws. It now works perfectly. These guys are geniuses when it come to diagnosing problems. Locksmith, Plus, inc tried to get a broken key out of our Subaru ignition for over an hour with no luck and we were faced with having our car towed to the Subaru Dealership. On a Sunday, Bob went out of his way and helped my son and got the broken key out of the ignition before the car was even off the tow truck, Wow...That's a skilled locksmith right there!!! Came to Bend to get some things out of storage that we had put there over 3 years ago and the only person with a key happened to be all the way across the country. Called Bob on a Sunday and he was able to make a key for a more than reasonable price and meet me within 10 min! After meeting him he suggested he follow to assure the key worked...It didn't but he was able to open the lock and I was then able to purchase a new one for the unit. We called Cy's because we were unable to locate our car keys. Finally giving up after two days of searching Bob came to our rescue!! He showed up within 20min on a Sunday, unlocked our vehicle and advised us of some cheaper options to get a key remade. Great, great, great! I was having trouble getting my car key out of my ignition, and I was referred by a friend to Cy's Lock & Key. I left a message for Bob and immediately got a call back, and we made an appointment the next day. Bob came out to my house and repaired my ignition in less time than it would have taken to get my car to the auto repair. The best part was that it cost only $45.00! I recently acquired a vacation home in Sunriver and needed the locks rekeyed. I called several locksmiths and nobody would give me a price over the phone until after they saw the job. Called Bob and he told me a price over the phone, which I thought was more than fair. I locked my keys in my car for the second time in a month. The first time, I used some other lock company that charged an exorbitant amount. The next time I called Cy's Lock & Key. He charged me less than half the other co. charged, got to me in half the time, unlocked my car, and made me another key right there. He also didn't charge me for the key! Bob was super great to work with. We had an extremely difficult situation with a 2005 Crysler. Crysler themselves made it impossible for him to program the key. He offered as many options as available and did everything he could to get a key for us. I will use him again and have actually booked Cy's Lock and Key to make keys for my other cars.
