Only 2 responded and 1 went out of their way to help. Mason replied within a matter of minutes and offered to be at my place within 30 mins. I had told him I was still trying to get ahold of my landlord (I'm cheap & was hoping to avoid the cost) & if I was unsuccessful, I would contact him. When I did, he arrived to my place promptly and was able to get my door opened. Prompt service, fair prices, and exceptionally friendly! If you ever need a locksmith, Mason is the one to call! Will definitely be keeping his number in my contacts for future services.

When it came time for billing, I was surprised to learn that a second technician had been onsite, as that hadn't been discussed in advance. As a result, the labor cost came in about 2x higher than I expected. To be fair, I live on the second floor of a condo (with elevator access), and the installation was more complex due to the flooring, so I don't question the time or effort involved. To avoid any budget surprises, I would recommend confirming upfront how many technicians will be assigned to the job. Overall, I would work with Jason again and would recommend him to others. UPDATE- I had a small leak with one of the toilets and Jason came out right away to adjust it. He definitely stands behind his work!
