Very nice, very easy to communicate with, got the job done fast, trustworthy - I would definitely reccomend to anyone!

We just moved in and noticed a broken spring. Called and they came out the next morning. Tech was great, very nice, and knew their stuff. We had the springs replaced and a frayed cable and the tech tightened up all the loose nuts as well. Highly recommend BrokenTop Garage doors. read more

Garage door maintenance was great! The experience was timely and efficient and well worth the charge.

A little rocky at first with confusion regarding the color of the door that was delivered and installed, but ultimately things were made right by Brokentop Garage Doors. Thank you! read more

Garage Door come out because one of the wheels kept jumping out of the track. This was such a waste of my $95. The repairman they sent out obviously did not have any experience. He told me to get some paint thinner & wipe the paint off of each section of the door. OMG, if it was the paint making garage door wheel jump out of the track, they wouldn't be painting the garage door. He also told me to take a hammer, open up the track, put the wheel in back him, then hammer it closed. How unprofessional is that? I called Brokentop the next day. Since no one answered the phone, I had to leave a message. No one ever called me back. read more

Got them to come and fix my garage door in 3 business days. I called 2 other companies and didn't get a call back. Repairman was on time and was able to diagnose and fix my door in about an hour. He did a great job and the door works better than it did before it broke. read more

So glad for Google reviews, so that when I needed some help with our garage doors, we could find and connect with Brokentop Garage Doors! Brad arrived on time and was just a really great guy. We'd had a non-functioning garage door for about two years - my husband was always "going to" fix it until we decided "going to" just wasn't going to happen. We agreed on a price that we wouldn't go past for Brad to fix it. He was decidedly BELOW our agreed-upon price. He fixed it in less than an hour and now we have the luxury of a functioning garage door! Wish we'd have found Brokentop Garage Doors sooner -- it was an entirely great experience! read more

We had our garage door replaced by Brokentop Garage doors. The entire experience was great from the first call to the installation. We called on a Friday night and set up an appointment for the following Tuesday. They called before they arrived. Our door was installed by Thursday and this was during a horrible snow storm! Thank you for expediting everything so we could get our two vehicles back in the garage. I highly recommend them. read more

Called BGD early this morning 11-20-2020) to inquire about getting someone to replace a broken spring on one of my garage doors. The young lady explained the possible costs and said that she could have Brad come out today between 12 and 2PM. Received a call from Brad around noon and he said he be at our home in 20 minutes. He fixed the broken spring quickly. Highly recommend BGD. Kudos to Brad. read more

Great job! One of the springs of my garage door opener broke and made a heck of a noise. One of the main coil springs for our double garage door broke, making it impossible to open the door----- and trapping our car inside. Called BrokenTop Garage doors. Friendly and responsive person answered and took my info. In less than 20 minutes, technician Derek arrived to do the repairs (fortunately he was already in the area). Derek was everything you would want in a repair technician---courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, speedy and well equipped with all tools and parts needed. He explained the repair process and estimated cost up front, and then within about 35 minutes he had competed the spring replacement and restored the door to proper working order. The bill was reasonable as well. I would absolutely call upon BrokenTop Garage Doors for any future garage door needs---and would ask for Derek based on his stellar performance on our door repairs. read more

Great job, quick to get us scheduled! Garage door works perfect now.

The best part of going online besides reviews is to take a look at the website and what is offered, it can be a tad frustrating with all you can research and not find much information given by the company. Brokentop gives you a good feel of what they offer even gives a cost of the products. The sample brought out wasn't a tiny 4"x 4" making one's imagination stretch for what completed look would be. Tear out of old to the installing new was done in 2-3 hours, even with completing the work of opener and making sure I understood all the features. Efficient, clean, polite, and very reasonable on cost ( well under the big box that was recommended to me) so glad I did my own research. I will be recommending their company. read more

After reviewing this company online, I noticed they had many 5 star reviews, and now I can see why. Ashley, the office lady said the tech, Brad would call me within two hours and sure enough he did. Ashley quoted me a repair price that was MUCH lower than the other two places I called. Brad completed the repair in less than one hour, and billed me exactly what they quoted. He was fast, polite, and professional. If you EVER have any garage door issues, there is no other way to go than Brokentop Garage Doors! read more

I looked at reviews online and found another rated a bit higher on Google. However, when I called the first one, their line was disconnected. I'm so happy I did because Brokentop was great. They scheduled an appointment within 36 hours of when I called. Tyler called ahead to let me know he was on his way, called again when he showed up, completed the tension adjustment on our springs and got the door aligned in less than 30 minutes, gave me some tips about the aging garage door, and didn't try to up-sell me on anything. It was affordable at $80, they take checks, and he was really pleasant to chat with while he worked. My only slight complaint was I was told he would arrive at 8 a.m. but he was running behind until 9:15 a.m. However, he was so fast, efficient, and friendly, I really didn't care. When we need to replace anything on the garage door, I'm coming to Brokentop. Highly recommend! read more

derek came right out and replaced our aging garage door opener with a liftmaster, oiled and adjusted the track and replaced a deteriorating weather strip. sounds and operates to perfection!! thanks, derek!!!! read more

Very Prompt, Courteous and Professional service. We had two different problems with our garage door just days apart. Brad the technician responded to both calls within a couple hours and made repair. At this point, we decided our 21+ year old door and mechanism needed replaced. Brad updated us on what was new today compared to our old door. We ordered a new door and belt drive mechanism and couldn't be happier. It's quiet as can be, and has added features our old door didn't have. Bottom Line... After several bad experiences with two other companies, we selected Brokentop Garage Doors for repair and replacement. They give you a courtesy phone call to advise they are on their way. Save time and frustration, call Brokentop for all your Garage Door needs. I highly recommend them. read more

We got quotes from all the garage door companies in town and got the best deal from Broken Top on av even nicer garage for the same money we would have paid at Lowe's for a lesser quality one. Great to work with and they really know their stuff. Highly recommend. read more

I recently had an issue with my garage door where it wouldn't close. Other companies were saying it might be a few days, Tyler came out within 40 minutes. Friday morning and the garage door was frozen to the floor. Before I realized the door was stuck to the floor, l had already pressed the garage door button. The twenty-year old opener gave up the ghost. Called and spoke to a nice lady in the office and was happy to learn they could schedule an appointment for Saturday. I was told Tyler would be there between 9:00 and 11:00. Tyler called 15 minutes before his arrival, which was nice and gave me time to move my car outside. Tyler took a quick look and determined that the old opener was obsolete. I asked if he would be able to replace the dead opener and he said he'd get started right away. I couldn't be more pleased. By the end of one hour, the new unit was installed with new door sensors, a new wall switch and a wireless keypad outside. I asked Tyler if he would please move the LED bulbs from the old opener to the new one. He had already done that before I asked. Completely impressed and l give these guys my highest recommendation. Thanks to Tyler and the nice lady who scheduled our appointment! read more

This company replaced my old broken garage door with a solid steel one, and I chose a Premium LifeMaster belt driven opener (vs chain type) at their recommendation because they told me there would be no maintenance I'd have to worry about. In less than a year I started having problems with the the door opening smoothly, and then about 6 mo. later the system broke (as in screws fell out of the door and detached itself from the opener and bent the door). I called them and they came out and looked it over and told me it was because I didn't grease the door rollers and having a garage door with windows makes it too heavy and that's why it broke. He reattached the opener to the door crudely with a steel plate, which I appreciate, but when I asked him if he could please lubricate those rollers before he left so it wouldn't happen again before I could do that myself, he looked at one of the rollers for less than 2 seconds and said they looked fine and didn't need it. The door would work again, but it was damaged and would no longer seal when closed. When I asked him if there was any kind of warranty on their installation or the door itself he said he'd check with the company and get back to me. I have not heard from them since. I feel totally blown off. Steel garage doors, windows or not, and maintenance free belt openers with PROPER installation should last more than 1.5 years if not a lifetime. My old, non-steel cheap door (with windows) & chain opener (which you're supposed to maintenance yearly and had no maintenance) lasted 30 years. Not happy, and would never recommend this company. read more

This guy was great! He came and fixed our garage door on short notice. Had us up and running again on a Friday night! We were very happy with his service, his price and his friendly personality. Prompt, professional and competitive pricing. I had 4 openers installed and Brad did quality work. I will use them again.

GREAT COMPANY!! They arrived on time, and even called in advance to tell us when to expect them. I had previously called the office and spoke with "Ashley" (Ashely and Tyler own the company)) and asked for a quote to replace the older rollers on our garage door, and also how many "cycles" we could expect from their product. She researched my question with their supplier and returned my call within 20 minutes with a very satisfactory answer. The price was more then fair and "Brad" the technician was very helpful, informative and professional. Please put this company at the "TOP OF YOUR" list, you will be glad you did. A VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER!!! read more
