I found Blankenship to be highly responsive when our garage door would not open. They called back within a few hrs of our initial contact ans s reduced a next day appt. They called when a prior appt. took longer than expected to see if our schedule still worked. The repair required a new part that they .might need to order, so a temporary repair was done. The next morning they called to report they had the new part in stock and came out the same day to finalize the repair. They also inspected the other garage door and tightened a few wires to prevent future problems. They were more responsive than most repair companies we have worked with locally. read more

Dan Blankenship replaced the bottom panel on a 4-panel door. The next day I noticed it was making a thud noise when the door hit the bottom seal. The noise was coming from the right side of the door. I figured it was a roller needing silicone. That wasn't it. I called Dan's office and talked with Ali and she scheduled Nick to come out and take a look at it. He arrived and determined that only one screw had been used to hold up the entire bottom seal bracket. He removed 1/2 the seal and reattached the bracket and reaffixed it with several screws. It now works perfectly. These guys are geniuses when it come to diagnosing problems. If you have a door or door motor issue call Dan Blankenship to get the most amiable and professional workmanship imaginable. read more

Amazing customer service. I recently purchased a home that had Blankenship garage doors. One of my three doors would not close. It was the start of a three day holiday weekend, not only did they contact me via both email & text, they had an employee come out Sat morning to help me get the door down. Turns out it was an easy adjustment. They didn't need to send anyone out over the weekend (I was planning on not seeing anyone until the following Tues) but I was so happy they did. They have my business for life. Fabulous company, amazing customer service. I HIGHLY recommend them! read more

We appreciate quality work and good pricing and this company gets an A+ all around! They're one of the best companies we've ever worked with. It's a family run business and the owner's daughter handles the quote part. She gave us a great quote and information about the garage doors and she's a joy to work with. The owner and his crew were great to work with and they did an excellent job on our garage doors. His crew spoke highly about the owner when the owner wasn't around and we can tell that the owner is a really good honest person. The experience from beginning to end was excellent and I can't recommend this company enough. This is a company rooted in integrity, value and excellent quality and it makes life easier to hire a good company like this! I highly recommend them for excellent quality, superb service and great pricing! read more

Extremely prompt service when door motor quit. Power surge from area outage was probably the culprit. Other companies had 5-7 day turnaround as others were having the same problem. Blankenship sent Quentin out to assess and set up repair date for the next day. Will came out and took care of everything in about an hour. Both guys were courteous, introduced themselves and were very thorough. Was even offered a 5% senior discount. Thank you again Blankenship for the fast response and fixing the problem. Certainly have earned my repeat business next time around. read more

Blankeship Garage Doors provide friendly, responsive, and affordable expert advice and services. I was impressed by the fact that they first try to fix your existing garage door motor, door, etc., before advising you to buy a new motor, door or whatever. read more

We were in a very bad situation, and got immediate help! Our home is being sold, and we were expecting a realtor to show the home at five. However, the carpet cleaning company accidentally damaged the garage door, and it was stuck halfway open. I called Blankenship Garage Doors only an hour and a half before the showing, but they still got there right away, and fixed the damaged garage door very quickly. The door works perfectly now, and the showing went great! I will always recommend this company! read more

Requested quote, didn't hear back within 24 hours so called and left voicemail. After 48 hours called back and they said that they were too busy and needed two more days to get estimate. Told them not to worry, and that I'd be going with Cascade Doors which responded within a few hours. read more

Absolutely 5 stars. Sent the owner a text message on a Saturday morning around 9am when they are normally closed (per his voicemail this was OK). Our garage seemed to come off the track on one side and the cable was unspooled and loose. Garage was fixed by noon. His team was incredibly responsive and timely. Really couldn't have expected better. Exceeded expectations!!! read more
