We had a problem with a sensor on our door that wasn't allowing it to close. Jon swapped it for a new one which solved the issue. He then went through absolutely everything on the system, adjusting the spring tension and cable, lubricating everything and rearranging the track wheel brackets to make things line up better. It's never worked smoother and as quietly as it does now. Great job! On time & super nice guy. Highly recommend! read more

The guy (John, I'm assuming from other reviews) picked up the phone immediately. I was calling to see if I could purchase a part. I assumed he didn't sell parts unless they were part if a repair or install request. He confirmed I was correct but had a great attitude about it and even suggested another business to try. He easily could have snubbed me and I appreciate that he didn't and was helpful. I wish more contractors had a similar attitude. read more
