If I had the option of rating them a zero star, I would. I am a person that typically looks at…read morereviews and think, that could have been a miscommunication, or something like that. Nope, they are really as bad as the reviews are. The company is a franchise not sure the guy really knows what he is doing. Overcharged me, said he installed more locks that he did. Last I saw and knew, you can buy multiple locks with the same lock and not have to re-key them all. Cracked my door and said that he didn't do it, even though the crack goes right into where he installed a deadbolt. His craftsmanship is very poor completely botched a cut in the door jam.
